A late start of the day. Weather was good, nice sunshine in the afternoon

Watched IPL T20 match today. DC (Delhi Capitals) lost the match against MI (Mumbai Indians) and RCB (Royal Challengers Bangalore) now qualify for the semifinals. A good match. DC made a mess of it, a must win match it was.

Today i did not do my actifit steps, instead i did some cooking.

I did complete most of my tasks for the day.

did not do today
