Part of me thinks we are seeing the bottom right now. THe other part is terrified that there is a very long way down still.
I would have liked to have seen you hold those utopis and used them to grow thte project when the market started to come back, but everyone needs to figure out their best way to do things right now and I'm glad you're able to think this through and find what works.
One thing is for sure. Whatever happens next, we're all going to feel.
