Hello Hivers! How are you guys doing today? Let's ponder on this, is there any joy in stress? Stress is one of the inevitable tools every humans must experience in one way or the other. Different people give different meanings of stress. To a biologist, stress is a physical, chemical, infective agent aggressing an organism. It is also an aggression toward an organism resulting in a response in an attempt to restore previous conditions. But to a physicist, it is the internal distribution of force across a small boundary per unit area of that boundary (pressure) within a body. It causes strain or deformation and is typically symbolised by σ or τ. Also, A force externally applied to a body which cause internal stress within the body. Meanwhile, to a psychologist, it an emotional pressure suffered by a human being or other animal.

To a student, an academic stress is a joy of an expectant that there's something a head or the future. Academic stress is seen as student's psychological state as a result of continuous academic activities the student passed through in the process of attending academi height or level. this come also with social, emotional and psychological pressure in a school environment. Even with all these, to a student, stress experience is just like a woman with pregnancy, she only feel the pains within the moment and after delivery, ahe forgotten the stress. But it's sad that poor governmental plans and policies especially in developing countries tent to remind of their wasteful and stressful days in the higher institutions of learning when most of them room in the streets of good numbers of years without gainful employment.
