Knowledge Magnifies Leadership
Every follower follows a leader who has something to offer and what differentiate the leaders and the followers the content to deliver. So it is pertinent that any leadership must endowed with knowledge else they will greatly be influenced the followers. In the course of this studies, I'm going to bring to you how knowledge magnifies leadership.
What is the body of knowledge leadership needs?
Knowledge is an intellectual understanding; the state of appreciating truth or information. From this definition, it is ascertained that every leadership must be an embodiment of intellectual understanding which followers seek to know. Moreover, knowledge is a justified true belief. It is true that when leadership lacks justified true belief, they seek to lead because there's no conviction that they have what to offer. The worst part of it is when the followers has no conviction in their leadership. Meaning, as beautiful as the leadership could be, when systematic desensitization, there's uncontrollable propaganda and the resultant effect is unfollow such leadership but if tried stop them without an upgraded knowledge, rebellion and scandaliszation set in.
What's leadership/leader?
Beautiful enough, leadership is not just an art but a capacity of someone to lead others. In the study, followers but the striking question is, what's does the leadership use in leading others? The simple answer is knowledge not money or possession. Remember not all wealthy people are leaders or in the position of leadership. One thing leadership fails to understand is that a fool follower may ask more questions in an hour than a wise man can answer in seven years. So what then is the place of knowledge in leadership?
Who then is a leader?
A leader is seen as any person that leads or directs other people, animals or things. A leader is seen as not seems to be a person. So to be seen as requires a lot prerequisites because, he is one who goes first, as having an authority to direct. The only truth about a leader is wisdom in knowing what his followers do not know. This is called open respect. Look at this, the saddest aspect of life right now is that science gathers knowledge faster than society gathers wisdom. Meaning, followers are more eager in gathering wisdom and knowledge not solely depending on the leadership for every information while the leaders are so relax without update. As the A mind needs books to be sound, so also the sword needs a whetstone, to keep its edge. So leadership needs knowledge to keep followers in track.
What knowledge magnifies leadership?
Confidence: Confidence is something you acquire in yourself by believing in self ability with courage and conviction. when leadership lacks conviction, he kills followers. Know this, there's a difference between confidence and acting like you know everything. Please learn it before accusing someone of the latter. It has become issues in leadership for many years now. Admit failure it is it builds confidence. Failing is just the process of learning, it helps a lot to grow, show and know who you are. If truly you are a leader or in leadership, rise in every fall. This process that boost confidence gradually, over the course of your lifetime. Don't stop taking steps forward. Failure is inevitable. Leadership live by confidence which is something one create within himself by believing in who he is.
Being Real: In order to be real to others, first and foremost To be real be real with yourself. Some people are real and some people are good! Some people are fake and some people are real good at being fake! Never be afraid to speak your mind, you have one for a reason. Real people are destined to be hated and unappreciated by fools. This figure out a leader from a multitude. Don't fake yourself just to look perfect because perfection is never real and Reality is never Perfect! But always learn and acquire knowledge then real person will show forth.
Experience: What is the secret of good leadership? Right Decisions. How do you make right decisions? Experience. How do you get experience? Wrong decisions. experience imparts ability on what to do and confidence makes you wise enough on how to do. Experience is not what actually happens to you; it is your reactions or what you do with what happens to you. Knowledge are embedded in experience, so wisdom comes from experience and experience often faced as a result of lack of wisdom
Positive attitude: A positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will give you enough strength and confidence to overcome every problem on your own. The amazing thing about the mind is this, once you replace negative thoughts with positive ones, you'll start having positive results. Every follower looks unto a leader who speaks positively. An ability to combine your positive action with positive thinking results in good leadership.
