Close Your Energy Leaks

We are Creator Beings in a body, existing in our own bubble of energy. Sometimes our bubble has leaks, circumstances and events that leak energy out of our personal bubble. The leaks can be negative self talk, debilitating patterns, or being around people who drain us.

It doesn't matter what leaks your energy, what matters is that you learn how to stop it. Close your eyes and simply will it. Imagine yourself in your own bubble, keeping all your energy for yourself.
