Guilt. Fear. Worry.

Guilt. Fear. Worry. Should. Are all emotions I clear on a daily. But starting today, I will clear them different. Starting today, I clear them as a part of my day, like taking a shower or brushing my teeth. Starting today, there are no longer: "Uh, this pattern is still here? Why do I still feel like this? Aren't I done with this issue?" Starting today, they are like cleaning out the lint in the dryer, taking out the trash, or vacuuming, you don't "have" to do it every day, every time, but it sure is nice when you do and a lot easier if you do it while the task is nearly not needed to be done, then when waiting for it to build up.
