Your Teammates Can Make You Look More Awesome Than You Really Are

When I was in High School, I was given a starting position on the Varsity Softball Team. I didn't have the natural ability nor did I have the proper training and background. What I did have was a team who needed me, and wanted an awesome season.

Even though I was in way over my head, the stats didn't always show it. I had some awesome stats and even some wins directed at me. How? My Team. They rose to the occasion time and time again, their hard work erasing my lack. Who you surround yourself with matters.
