As is always known, change is constant. Most of the changes around us are, most times, for the better. Life and change are like five and six; there is no way someone will say they are living and don't experience change. Every minute that passes is a result of change; this change enhances development and, as well, helps different individuals live a conscious life. Without the change we experience today, life will be stagnant, and you know no one wants to remain where they are. It is either they want to achieve this or that; it will interest you to know that even the wealthy ones are still looking to attain a specific goal.

Life with change is a very good guide for everyone. Change has gone so far in affecting lives positively with regards to the modernization we enjoy today. Well, I wouldn't say I don't like the way things were twenty years ago, but a whole lot has changed. A lot of things have become so easy, looking at the use of the internet and the use of mobile phones.

With just your mobile phone, reading is being made easy. From stories I heard, I was told how hard it was years ago to carry out an assignment. You see a student going from one library to another in search of materials to be able to complete an assignment. Now, it is no longer so. With just your phone, you can surf the internet and get access to any ebook you want. Using myself as a case study, during my first year in school I didn't know what a library was. I had all the materials I needed on my phone, so I didn't see any need to go to the library at this point. It was kind of weird for me to see students going to the library, though I later realized something. Wait for it.

After I successfully finished my first year and started my main departmental courses, I saw the importance of the library in terms of it being noiseless. I couldn't really concentrate seeing students making noise around me, so I started by processing a library card. I wasn't going there because I needed materials but because I needed to escape the noise of the normal class rooms. So when the question is...

Which do you prefer?

I wouldn't hesitate to go for e-books, seeing the additional advantage they have. That's why I prefer reading from my phone.

Here are my reasons.

1. It is easily accessible compared to traditional books.

An individual doesn't have to walk with a big bag to get answers to questions when the need arises.

2. It isn't expensive.

We know how expensive getting note books and printing or photocopying materials have become. With just your phone, those materials are there at their lowest cost.

3. Easily Understandable.

I don't know if others have had similar experiences with how information from my phone can easily enter my head. In cases where I went to the library, I didn't use the books there but my phone because:

  • I can highlight a particular sentence and add color to it to easily get access to it when it tries to leave my memory. When I am in bed, working, or hanging out with friends.

These are just a few reasons to share.
Thank you for reading!!
