This is a sincere content to members of this community and I want to propose a solution to pob community in order to increase pob stakers and investors.
The value of pob has been decreasing this days but what I know is that there will soon be pob scarcity due to amr008.pob ending of engagement program and there will be increase in pob staking and buying and the value of will almost equal one hive mark what I said.

In order to increase pob stakers, there should be a good reward to those that stake pob and the reward should not be a liquid pob but pob stakers should be rewarded with delegations.

For newbies and some member who do not know what delegation and staking means

staking

Pob staking the process of locking up an amount of pob – the native cryptocurrency of the hive blockchain – for a specified period of time in order to contribute to the security of the blockchain and earn network rewards.
Locking up and holding up your pob in order to increase your pob power in upvoting other people content or being a curator and earning 50% of the pob rewarded through your upvote to the content creator.
The more pob you stake, the more pob power you have and the more reward you give in your upvote.

Where to stake your pob
You can stake your pob by going to wallet in proofofbrain, then clicking on your pob wallet,it will display few options including stake, then you will click on stake and enter the amount of pob you want to stake.
To unstake your pob,it will take it 3 month to unstake

Delegation

Screenshot_20210916-234348.png
The picture above shows the number of pob you staked and delegated.

Delegation means entrusting your pob power in the picture above to another member of this pob community.
The picture above shows that I staked 100 pob and delegated it to another member of this pob community.
To undelegate your pob you delegated to someone else it will take 7 days before it undelegate.

Solution to increase pob stakers

Delegating pob as a reward to the most pob stakers who staked the most pob in a day, week and month. If the reward is in liquid pob or in upvoting, they will be increasing pop sellers they will be increase in pob sellers which will result in decreased in pob value in which amr008.pob is avoiding. For example, if a member of this community staked 100pob in a day,the person should receive a delegation of 50pob for that day and the reward will be undelegated. This won't help in increasing pob stakers alone,it will help in increasing curators and that will attract new members and increase engagement in proof of brain because they will be rewarded and it will also enable pob to circulate and quickly reach it maximum total supply and there would be scarcity

This is my proposal to the most powerful people in this community @proofofbrainio @onealfa.pob @leprechaun @richardcrill @scholaris.pob @mineopoly @vempromundo.pob @insight.pob and other powerful people in this pob community.

I will be glad if step can be taken about this

You can also make a suggestion and a correction to this proposal in the comment session and please kindly reblog this post

This post may be useful to see the importance of staking at the moment. Some don't get that they are losing out cashing out now. I don't know what the future holds but the past has told me to hold ans stake and even buy when the price drops.

Delegating pob as a reward to the most pob stakers who staked the most pob in a day, week and month.

I think the reward for the most staking is POB Power and is already given. High stakers are already rewarded... Small stakers and new stakers are not rewarded much. @samsmith1971 gave rewards to new stakers. I thought that was heart moving.

Wow I really don't know about the reward system of rewarding pob stakers.

When you stake your tokens by "powering up" it means that you lock in the tokens to increase the value of your voting power (VP) on the platform. Whenever you upvote the posts of other authors, the posts earn reward tokens which are shared between the author (50%) and any curators of that post (ie: anyone who has upvoted that post). The more you stake, the higher the value of your VP, and the greater the rewards that are earned for you as a curator, and the greater the rewards you can bestow on your fellow Hivers if you choose to upvote their content. Then it's like compound interest, the more you stake, the more you earn, the more your stake increases, and so on, in an ever-growing cycle. It's a win-win for everyone concerned. but if you cash out constantly, the value of your VP remains low and you lose out on the opportunities to earn through curation and so earning potential remains more limited to the production of content. I hope that helps to explain it a little ;-)

Thanks for the explanation.
But there are still very little pob stakers and I suggest the reward for pob stakers should also be increased because people sees profit in selling pob than staking

With respect, I think the problem is that people don't appreciate the existing value in staking, not that the value in staking is too low ;-) If you create good content on a regular basis, engage well within the platform, and build relationships, you have every opportunity to do well. Combine that with staking and you have the means to increase your earnings exponentially. Effort is rewarded. Authorial rewards, curation rewards, staking rewards. For amr008.pob to upvote and reward people for engagement, it requires delegation. Where does this mysterious delegation come from? From users of the platform. Initiatives will come and go on the Hive and within its communities. If we become too reliant on one source of income or form of reward, we shut ourselves off from all the other possibilities that surround us. There are contests across a multitude of communities to suit all kinds of authors and curators. There are communities to join that provide support for each other's works. There are loyalty point systems in place with certain front ends. What good will it do if all the POB were exhausted? Would activity in the community not simply dry up? If POB handouts are accelerated then I foresee the end for our community. We instead need slow and steady growth to ensure longevity. What happened to people joining the Hive to be part of a community, to enjoy what they do best; to engage, and to create? If people are just looking for a get rich quick scheme, perhaps they are best placed looking elsewhere. this is just my personal view and I do hope you receive more perspectives on the questions you are asking and the proposals you are suggesting 🙏

Thank you @samsmith1971 for a well details explanation of the point some people are missing here.

I keeping telling anyone that cares to listens, there are countless opportunity here for any one regardless of your area of interest, as long as you simply willing to put your proof your brain.

If anyone is looking for a get rich quick schemes, there are a lot of them out there but not here, an engagement program has came to an end, good and fine.

Look around the hive move on there are still countless stuff to do and still earn good rewards. Simply #proofyourbrain.

🙏Bless you @mineopoly. We all do our bit in making this the best place to be for new and old Hivers and POBbers alike. Newcomers can catch my contest on the first weekend of each month. It runs for 7 days and is open to those who have joined the Hive in the 2 calendar months prior to the contest. There are also prizes for engagement which are open to all Hivers, old and new ;-) it's all about promoting the intrinsic values important to the continued growth and prosperity of our community whilst welcoming, supporting, and encouraging newcomers to the platform and giving them opportunities to earn and gain exposure.

You have to engage the community if you want more and more people to curate your work. It takes time. Sometimes, a long time. It's a grind so-to-speak. You need to keep putting yourself out there. I only started making returns recently this year. I must have put out 60+ articles before I started seeing something worthwhile.

I'm not even selling my POB yet. Aside from staking most of it, I've just been using my earnings to support a contest. The rest I still stake. I'll probably continue doing so for the next couple of years.

Delegating more power to those who stake the most is not key to getting more staked by those who are staking for the first time. That feeds the richest accounts that continually stake much of their earnings because they understand the importance of staking already. The reward for staking is more voting power and increased scarcity because the underlying token is less accessible for purchase... it locks it up to make it illiquid. I stake so that I get greater rewards from curation when it comes to pob. I stake Hive so I can lend it out and earn passive income. I paid fiat money for pob and Hive to stake them. It increases my spot within the communities because the more you stake and the more your vote is worth, the more people pay attention when you post after voting their content up... it's an unspoken quid pro quo. I don't do vote for vote, but I do know that when my vote was worth nothing it was most important for me to comment on people's posts so I could be seen. I have enough power that I can just vote up someone's content and they may come see my posts simply out of curiosity. Staking has many benefits... but I do not like your suggestion. I do like your looking for ideas to encourage staking and I do like that you're trying to educate others on staking. Keep learning. Keep spreading the word. Keep contributing, and keep staking!

Another proof that someone's stake matters is your final tagline where you specifically mention people who are high on the rich list to encourage their support... why? Because they stake... lots. 😉
