Life is an amazing place , living a life is another beautiful experience yet life has its sweet memories and sometimes we have the other side of life. There's no joy living without interaction with others. These people could be make lots of complaints about us at some point of our lives and also at some point, there's compliment. This is life and the experience it brings.

Complaint and compliment.

What is the biggest complaint you have about a person in your life? Also, what is the biggest compliment you could pay the same person. In each case explain your answer. Your family are excluded from this writing suggestion.

Complaint.

I had lived most of my life as a classroom teacher and I do home coaching for extra funds which opened wider door for me to draft out of the classroom for a year and three months to do dredging job. A parent I had prepared his son for an entrance examination was very pleased with my service and asked me to work in his firm. In this company I was to work under Miss Alice. Miss Alice was the secretary to the project management while I was a site supervisor. Meaning that I was in the field while Miss Alice is in the office. After one week on duty, I got a telephone call from Miss Alice which reads this:
Me: hello Miss Alice.
Miss Alice: Vincent, from tomorrow you be reporting to me in details every happening at the site every 2 hours.
Me: Yes , Miss Alice
Miss Alice: Thanks, bye.

As a teacher I understand what it means to take instructions and to work as a team in achieving set goals. Therefore, keeping to the 2 hours report wasn't a big deal for me.
For three weeks I was giving her work details/report. She won't delay to phone me though. Her compliant starts the day I missed her phone call just once which I called back after about 6 minutes later. She had called the project manager that I wasn't taking her calls again and the manager called and I told him the reasons why I missed her call and that I had called her back. He said it's okay.

It wasn't up to half an hour, I got a text message from her "Vincent report to me every 1 hour".
I replied. "Noted, thanks". This was my biggest mistake for responding noted. She said by saying noted, I don't have value for my job and her position. Hence, she invited me to the office and said I would be queried. I just smiled having the understanding that she's the boss type who wanted things go only her own way.

After about four days, she sent another SMS, instructing me to make report every 5 minutes. This time I told her "ma'am, I might not be very faithful because other activities here on site may not allow me do that". She never replied, rather, she decided to give me a telephone call every 5 minutes. I could not frame things to report, so when she calls and if I don't have any new report when she asks what is the report I will say no report yet. With such report, I got a text message from her saying "if you are fed up working leave the site someone who is ready to give report every 5 minutes is ready". At this point I don't have to reply her. When she calls I will take her calls and if I have report I won't waste time to report .
My observation.

She single handedly brought all the field workers expect me . She feels I'm not loyal to her government and she wanted to frustrate me out of the company but no I won't be angry .

Since I understood that the CEO hasn't much time about the issue, I had a resort to the words of Benjamin Disraeli

Never complain and never explain.
