A FLASH BACK AND AND FORESIGHT, MY HIVE GOALS FOR THE YEAR

Having been through the newbie initiative, it is a common practiCe to always have a kinda target or goals set and surely we all had one written and posted about 3 months ago on the platform, I have mine here which I hope most newbies get to see it and learn.

From there my goals were simple
Learn hive
Earn Hive
Grow hive
Engage Hive and
Improve Me

I must say, over the past 3 months, I have accomplished much of this and I am grateful.

I have learnt so much about the nitty gritty of hive, and much more that I know how to keep abreast of new things coming up as I know hive is continuously improving with so much in the devs.

I had a target to power up upto 1000HP, it had seem quite crazy even to myself, but if your goals dont sound crazy to you at first, I guess it is not worth giving a try then. I was able to hold about roughly 700HP worth over $1000. As at the time of writing that post, I had about 45HP or so.
I was glad for the hive pump which gave me a wider perspective of what HIve was really all about.

Growing and promoting hive had been my thing, I currently have a train of newbies many of whom I guided into Hive and recently brewing up something with @deraaa to help educate and bring in newbies, countless though but I surely have exceeded my count of 10 according to my previous goals. I appreciate the @leofinance team for the easy login they made available for newbie to get registered without stress.

Engagement .. wow, this is my most enjoyed part I must say, I have gained so much friends and engaged with them even on other platforms like discord, telegram and even whatsapp. We may not have had much in common, but the value they bring to the platform is something I love and would wanna get to know them better. I dont intend mentioning people here as it would be a lot of names I must say and this post is not really intended on pulling that much attention.

Personal improvement is a big mantra for me, I cant spend so much time reading posts on hive and not have some personal applications of those thing I read. I also try to put out personal improving post out there to educate many about their health, spirituality and their finances. I can also say that my music got some boost on the hive platform, as I think I have some fans already here,...lol.
I appreciate you all for loving my songs, covers and my guitar plays, and yeah, I hope to write, produce and publish more original songs here this year and would love you all to hear them as well.

MY GOALS FOR THE NEW YEAR

As always, this goals are SMART

M- Measurable, Motivating
A - Achievable, Attainable
R - Relevant, Reasonable, Result based
T - Time bound, Time Cost, or Time Limited

Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant and Time bound.

ENGAGE ENGAGE ENGAGE

I have put engagement first because, it is the most important thing on this platform.
Viewing my analytics at the time off writng, I have 1911 total comments. most of that was in the last 3 months.

I aim to make 10,000 comments in the new year, that is an average of about 30 comments a day, If I can spend much more and push through them to make real connections with loving people on the platform. That will be cool.

POWERING UP

I have learnt that powering up and staking hive helps the platform grow, and so I am fixing at a target of 4000HP this year. I know I may exceed it, and I know situations may come to cause me to power down some fractions, either for other hive projects or to put food on the table lol. But that said, we move.

INVESTING

The year 2022 is much to be said when talking of prospects and boon. I see a lot of projects on the hive block chain prospering and having a stake in them would be a good thing. Splinterland wasnt so much suited for my timing and so I couldnt invest much, but with projects like psyberX, Ragnarok and the Larynx from SPK. There is so much prospect from the and I plan to be all in both for their airdrops and their yields.
More so, I look forward to the leofinance plans of making HBD a part of the cubdefi, that will be sweet. And speaking of HBD, now having a 12% APY, it doesnt get better than this anywhere, and this is not even the best yet. Hence, I must invest and make it a priority.

PRODUCE

Yeah, so much more creative content for the year, enough to go round, music, writing, and probably photography. I intend exploring the POB community and the leofinance community and yeah.. Dreemport too more this year.
I will strive to post daily and engage daily

So help me God may be some common statement, but I must say, God has helped me thus far and will help me onwards. I intend to reach, affect and help build relationship with people on this platform and then we all can work together towards a vision that will change so many lives.
