I good move.
I m sure you ll enjoy using the Behringer UMC202 Soundcard
I've been using it myself for a room studio I run too.
With similar gears but different makes.
Keep it up Chief.

It depends on what you want to do, music and videos right?
If its a mini music studio like mine.
You may want to get monitor speakers,a good camera phone or even a camera since you already have a light.

There is more you can use actually, but with what you have, a lot can be done.
and since it has to do with music production, a good DAW and how to use it also come in handy, also for the video part , a good knowledge of video editing.
I m quite experienced in them.
Let me know what your plan is, I ll be glad to help.

To begin with, I want to begin making quality video covers. So I may need help with video editing.

Talking about camera, I make use of Xiaomi redmi Note 9s, it has a pretty good camera.

Great, then we can work together. The quality of your video begins with the quality of your camera. I ve heard much about Xiami redmi note 9s. I think its a great camera phone too.

I can help with video editing.

I m new to HIVE but we seem to have a lot in common. I see you also play the guitar.

Speaking of the sounds
What DAW do you use?
I use ABLETON LIVE, FL Studio and sometimes CUBASE.

Yeah, I play the guitar.. You can teach me video editing, that would be great.

About DAW, I haven't gotten anyone yet. I am planning of getting FL studio software by tomorrow.

hmm, I would advice you start with ABLETON because FL Studio can be a lot confusing and complex for starters.

Teaching Video Editing ? Okay, but then how do you suggest we go about it.

Use Filmora and Adobe Premier Pro.
Those are not softwares you learn straight up.

But to be honest, there are way simpler and cooler apps too, even some that can be used on mobile phones.

I used my phone to edit on the go more these days than my laptop.
