10 Years and We’re Reunited

Finally, my best friend and I met our long-distance friend all the way from New Zealand! The last time we’ve seen each other was 10 years ago when they were about to move to Singapore. Then after 6 years of staying in Singapore, they decided to migrate to New Zealand and this is their first visit to the Philippines. Even if we were miles away, we never failed to communicate from time to time. We always had time to update our lives and remember every special occasion. When she messaged us that she was finally visiting the Philippines with her family, I can’t help but get excited to meet her daughter whom I always see on Instagram and Facebook. I know she’s very busy spending time with her family and relatives but I really appreciate that she spends a night with us. We enjoyed our catching up, in fact, we plan to have a beach vacation the next time they’ll visit here because we wanted them to meet also our family.
It was really fun and memorable talking about our college life before and how we were able to pursue our dreams and support each other yet remain solid just like a family!
