Celebrate Small Wins
Are you the type of person who always maps out your days, and your goals but eventually there is always something you didn’t plan on? Today, I will not be talking about how to stay focused on the course instead I’ll be sharing the need to celebrate small wins in my life.
After giving birth, I gained about 15 lbs. and I really find it so difficult to get my weight back. It’s been 2 years yet I haven’t improved with my so-called “weight journey”. I admit, it was a real struggle not just physically but also in my emotional and mental conditions too.
Today, I just want to share how happy I am knowing that I lose 5 lbs. it gives me more motivation to keep going. I know I’m far beyond my desired weight goal but celebrating my small wins really builds my confidence.
