As we move along the last few days of December and to that end the year, I can feel the lull in some instances.

I see less folks at the fitness studio, less sign-ups to my list, etc. Now, that isn't the same in departments stores and online shopping sites.

There is always something going on, even when a lull is happening - each transaction can lead to something much more.

Today, I had a great workout. It was weird, because lately; I've been struggling - today was a good one. My body felt good. My mental was strong.

Didn't see much by way of my email marketing or did I?

Yes, I only had one sign-up and it was to my Plus1Success downline and it was perfect. You have to remain humble through your journey towards goals.

Not everyday will be an outstanding day, but each day if you show up and put forth a valid effort there will always be results and even that one result can turn into the reason you get to your goals even faster.

I've had a good amount of sign-ups the last 30 days and this month has been fairly decent with 10 days to go and another push or two coming up; so I should end up more than satisfied with my results - but there are days where ONE is as powerful as Ten, Fifty or One Hundred.
