Thank you for this, sometimes I feel passion alone is not enough in Nigeria probably as a result of the system. Hence, the need for combination of both. Passion that does not find the right channel also gets wasted.
Another factor is that, employers seek out experience when there is little or no exposure yet for the talent and skill to be manifested.
I believe with passion well channeled, our skills and talents may become more relevant than our careers
