Lo que más me gusta de este concurso es el cambio de temática semanal, y es donde radica el verdadero desafío para dar con las imágenes que vayan con la consigna semanal, esta semana el tema es libre, lo que permitió que pudiera participar con estas bellas imágenes

En esta oportunidad les quiero dar a conocer un ave hermoso que vive en esta zona del mundo, aquí lo conocemos con el nombre de ¨Alonsito¨, también lo llaman ¨hornero¨, y dependiendo en donde vivas quizás hayas escuchado que lo nombran de otra manera. Su nombre científico es ¨Furnarius¨¨rufus¨: 


This time I want to introduce you to a beautiful bird that lives in this part of the world, here we know it by the name of ¨Alonsito¨, they also call him ¨hornero¨, and depending on where you live you may have heard that they call him something else. Its scientific name is ¨Furnarius¨¨rufus¨: 


Decidí darles a conocer a esta hermosa ave por su nobleza, y por su forma de construir su nido, que más que un nido es un hogar, trabajan muy duro para juntar todo el adobe para la construcción del lugar en donde depositan sus huevos para empollar. Sus nidos son motivos de admiración de otras aves, incluso atraen la curiosidad de otras aves que se aproximan a ver el estilo de construcción del nido. Estas hermosas imágenes las obtuvimos en la ciudad de Corrientes con una "nikoncoolpixb500"


I decided to make this beautiful bird known for its nobility, and for the way it builds its nest, which is more than a nest is a home, they work very hard to gather all the adobe for the construction of the place where they lay their eggs to hatch. This is something new for me. I have such admiration for a creature that can build a home. I can't begin to do such a thing even with tools haha.

I wouldn't mind living in a larger version of a home like this. Thanks for sharing this wonderful bird with us. Nature never stops surprising me.

What a stunning nest builder on a branch of a tree, only ever see swallow nests in mud built over here on building ceilings or under bridges.
