Beautiful buildings with style and lots of character (Es-Eng )

Como están amigos de esta maravillosa ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Feliz de estar nuevamente aquí junto a verdaderos apasionados de la arquitectura y el diseño. En esta ocasión deseo invitarlos me acompañen en un paseo por las calles de mi ciudad natal; para aquellos que no lo saben, les comento que vivo en una coqueta ciudad del interior de ¨Argentina¨ Corriente es una pequeña ciudad ubicada en ¨América¨ del ¨sur¨, unos de los continentes más hermoso para visitar durante todo el año. Su gastronomía es realmente exquisita, y la atención es muy amena, algo que recordaras el resto de tu vida. Antes de comenzar deseo agradecer a dos personas amigas @storiesoferne @aplusd por haber creado este espacio que nos permite compartir con todos las imágenes de las construcciones de nuestros pueblos; además hacen un trabajo increíble en nuestra comunidad. On this occasion I wish to invite you to accompany me on a walk through the streets of my hometown; For those who do not know, I tell you that I live in a charming city in the interior of "Argentina" Corriente is a small city located in "South America", one of the most beautiful continents to visit throughout the year. Its gastronomy is really exquisite, and the attention is very pleasant, something that you will remember for the rest of your life. Before starting, I want to thank two friends @storiesoferne @aplusd for having created this space that allows us to share with everyone the images of the constructions of our towns; they also do amazing work in our community. ¨Corrientes¨ es una de esas ciudades que da placer al caminar por sus calles, si bien la gran mayoría de las casas son edificaciones de época, debo admitir que su creación ha sido pensado a futuro, los arquitectos que han diseñado la ciudad pensando en un lugar con fuerte presencia de espacio verde. Mientras caminábamos por las calles de nuestras ciudad no pude evitar hacer algunas tomas de estas dos propiedades, sin bien sus construcciones son muy diferentes, tienen una gran similitud; ambos arquitectos las crearon dando lugar a la naturaleza, y es lo que me hizo decidir por ellas, y presentarles en esta oportunidad

¨Corrientes¨ is one of those cities that gives pleasure when walking through its streets, although the vast majority of the houses are period buildings, I must admit that its creation has been thought of in the future , the architects who have designed the city thinking of a place with a strong presence of green space. As we walked through the streets of our city I couldn't help but take some shots of these two properties, even though their constructions are very different, they have a great similarity; both architects created them giving rise to nature, and that is what made me decide for them, and present them this time

Esta es una hermosa propiedad que fue construida en un terreno ubicado en la esquina. Este tipo de ubicación brinda la oportunidad de hacer construcciones con dos frentes. En este caso vemos un ingreso que lleva a la propiedad, y otros que llevan a las áreas de servicio de estacionamiento. Algo que se destaca en la construcción es la ochava que han hecho para dar una hermosa forma a la unión del terreno en la esquina, una buena manera de resolver esta problemática. La construcción fue hecha en ladrillos de adobe asentados en cementos, con fina terminación en mampostería, acompañado de hermosas molduras hecho en el mismo material

This is a beautiful property that was built on a corner lot. This type of location offers the opportunity to build buildings with two fronts. In this case we see an entrance that leads to the property, and others that lead to the parking service areas. Something that stands out in the construction is the eighth that they have made to give a beautiful shape to the union of the land in the corner, a good way to solve this problem. The construction was made of adobe bricks set in cement, with a fine masonry finish, accompanied by beautiful moldings made of the same material.

Lo que más llama la atención es la fuerte combinación del frente de mampostería con la madera, la gran cantidad de ventanales que han utilizado permite a los ambientes de la propiedad recibir luz natural gran parte del día. La madera siempre aporta carácter a una propiedad, igual que las tejas francesas que han utilizado en los techos de varias aguas. El techo estilo chalet personaliza la propiedad haciendo única e inconfundible

What is most striking is the strong combination of the masonry front with wood, the large number of windows that have been used allow the rooms of the property to receive natural light much of the day . Wood always adds character to a property, just like the French tiles they have used on pitched roofs. The chalet-style roof personalizes the property making it unique and unmistakable

No podemos negar la elegancia de esta hermosa vivienda. La construcción y terminación del techo abovedado con forma de hojas acompaña la idea que plasma el arquitecto en el frente de la propiedad. La construcción de la vivienda se realizó varios metros adentro del límite del frente del terreno, pensado en el desarrollo verde en el frente; estos toques únicos son lo que hacen a una vivienda en un hogar. En esta vivienda también se aprecia dos frentes de accesos, por la planta baja se acede a las áreas de servicios, mientras que en el primer piso esta la entrada principal a la propiedad. En esta zona de la ciudad es muy común ver este tipo de construcciones con varios frentes de accesos

La mampostería es el material más utilizado en la construcción de esta edificación, acompañando por la madera que han utilizado en las aberturas. Otra similitud con la casa anterior tiene que ver con la utilización dela gran cantidad de ventanales que han utilizado, seguramente pensado en el ingreso de luz natural a los ambientes.
