How are my friends followers of this beautiful ¨Inspired by Nature Community¨:  Grateful to our friend @soulsdetour for having created this beautiful space for those of us who love nature, which allows us to share our experience related to a natural environment. I love natural life, and it was my parents with their examples that have taught me to respect and love everything that surrounds me with a lot of passion


Bellos fragmentos de mi niñez vienen a mi mente al caminar por los senderos arbolados, sentir en la piel la presencia natural me llena el alma, percibir el aroma de las flores silvestres, es como tomar medicina para componer las dolencias del cuerpo, y como últimamente no he tenido buena salud, son momentos que disfruto mucho al estar en cercanía de la naturaleza, mi ¨nervio¨¨ciático¨ me está haciendo una mala jugada, creo que esta has sido una de las peores semana en cuanto a dolor, dolor que se desvanece al estar cerca de estas bellas flores, flores muy conocidas en esta zona del mundo, quizás lo conozcas como ¨Manto de Rey¨:

Beautiful fragments of my childhood come to my mind as I walk through the wooded paths, feeling the natural presence on my skin fills my soul, perceiving the aroma of wild flowers, it's like taking medicine to compose the ailments of the body, and as lately I have not been in good health, these are moments that I really enjoy being close to nature, my "sciatic nerve" is playing a trick on me, I think this has been one of the worst weeks in terms of pain, pain that vanishes when being near these beautiful flowers, well-known flowers in this part of the world, you may know it as ¨Manto de Rey¨: 


Nadie conoce mejor nuestro cuerpo que nosotros mismos, sabemos cuándo es el momento de estar cerca de la naturaleza para aliviar las dolencias o el estrés provocado por las exigencias diarias; en lo particular sé cuándo parar y acércame a la naturaleza para restaurar el cuerpo y renovar las neuronas. Como un gran apasionado de la vida natural, me encantan todas las plantas, pero por sobre todo, cuando ellas tienen bellas flores, como estas muy conocidas llamadas ¨Abelia¨:  Son flores realmente hermosas, quizás un poco sencillas, pero muy bonitas, capaz de hacerte olvidar las peores dolencias del cuerpo, solo viendo con su extrema belleza

No one knows our body better than ourselves, we know when it's time to be close to nature to relieve ailments or stress caused by daily demands; In particular, I know when to stop and get closer to nature to restore the body and renew the neurons. As a great lover of natural life, I love all plants, but above all, when they have beautiful flowers, like these well-known ones called ¨Abelia¨:  They are really beautiful flowers, perhaps a little simple, but very pretty, capable of making you forget the worst ailments of the body, just seeing with their extreme beauty


Otra hermosa flor que se cruzó en nuestro camino, son de esta planta muy bella llamada ¨azucena¨, su nombre científico es ¨Crinum¨¨powellii¨ :  si bien no es una planta propia de esta zona del mundo, se ha adaptado muy bien, resiste el frio y el calor de la zona, florece un poco antes de la llegada de la primavera, y sus perfume se siente al caminar por el predio

Another beautiful flower that crossed our path, they are from this very beautiful plant called ¨azucena¨, its scientific name is ¨Crinum¨¨powellii¨ :  although it is not a plant native to this area of the world, it has adapted very well, it resists cold and heat of the area, it blooms a little before the arrival of spring, and its perfume is felt when walking through the property


No me había dado cuenta, y solo lo hice al llegar a nuestra casa, que todas las fotografías que tomamos con nuestra cámara ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ fueron de flores que tenían forma de campanitas, es increíble que esto haya sucedido, caminamos en el predio de tal forma, que todas las plantas que vimos tenían sus flores acampanadas

I hadn't realized, and I only did when I got home, that all the pictures we took with our ¨nikoncoolpixb500¨ camera were of flowers that were shaped like little bells, it's incredible that this happened, we walked on the property in such a way that all the plants we saw had bell-shaped flowers

Dear friend @jlufer, your today's post is so beautiful and so poetical. It's understandable. One can't help but be inspired when one sees so much beauty that is conveyed and radiated by the flowers - these wonderful natural beautifiers of the planet.

I couldn't have expressed myself in a better way trying to explain how contact with nature works on a person's psyche and body.
