Soy una persona metódica, me encanta establecer un plan de publicación semanal, y definir las comunidades en la que voy a publicar durante la semana; Esta comunidad siempre está dentro de mis planificaciones, soy un bendecido al contar con un lugar como este, en donde puedo compartir las imágenes de mi pasión, y se lo debo agradecer a mis amigos @storiesoferne @aplusd ; Sentirme como en casa es lo que me motiva a designar a esta comunidad como beneficiaria del 15 % de lo que genere este post

Nuestro amigable ¨sistema¨ de migración ha facilitado la llegada de muchos inmigrantes de diferentes partes del mundo, que han aportado sus conocimientos y destreza en la construcción de nuestras ciudades. Las manos predominantes que marcaron un estilo en las fachadas de nuestras construcciones fueron las italiana, su estilo inconfundible hacen que nuestros edificios de épocas sean admirables

For those who just know me; I tell you that I live in one of the best areas in the world; South America is home to beautiful countries worth visiting; My hometown ¨Corrientes¨ is located in the northeast of my country ¨Argentina¨; A nation blessed with such architectural beauty. Our friendly migration "system" has facilitated the arrival of many immigrants from different parts of the world, who have contributed their knowledge and skills in the construction of our cities. The predominant hands that marked a style on the facades of our buildings were the Italian ones, their unmistakable style makes our period buildings admirable


Nací en una ciudad donde las edificaciones predominantes eran las construcciones de épocas y las casas horizontales; En el casco históricos las viejas construcciones se destacaban por su exquisita construcción, mientras que a sus alrededores, las casas horizontales estilo coloniales aportaban una belleza única. El crecimiento poblacional de las últimas décadas ha estado cambiando el paisaje de la ciudad; Muchas casas antiguas están siendo reemplazadas por grades edificios para mejorar la calidad de vida de la población, y brindar un mejor servicio de hotelería a quienes nos visitan

I was born in a city where the predominant buildings were period buildings and horizontal houses; In the historic center, the old buildings stood out for their exquisite construction, while in its surroundings, the horizontal colonial-style houses provided a unique beauty. The population growth of the last decades has been changing the landscape of the city; Many old houses are being replaced by large buildings to improve the quality of life of the population, and provide a better hotel service to those who visit us


Me gusta mucho lo que veo al caminar por las calles de mi ciudad, documentar con fotografías la evolución de las edificaciones es algo que me apasiona; Será algo que mis nietos podrán compartir con los suyos, así como hizo mi abuelo enseñando la evolución de las casas de época. Ver esta construcción antigua, con una mezcla de estilo me hace pensar en las personas que la construyeron, sobre todo en el amor con el que hicieron las cosas, y como se nota cuando se hacen las cosas como se deben hacer

I really like what I see when walking through the streets of my city, documenting the evolution of buildings with photographs is something that I am passionate about; It will be something that my grandchildren will be able to share with theirs, just as my grandfather did teaching the evolution of period houses. Seeing this old construction, with a mix of styles, makes me think of the people who built it, especially the love with which they made things, and how it shows when things are done as they should be done.


Estas viejas casonas están ubicadas estratégicamente, su valor inmobiliario es invaluables, lo que me hace pensar cuanto tiempo podrán resistir los propietarios las propuestas comerciales del parque inmobiliario; El crecimiento turístico de las últimas décadas, están obligando a los inversionistas en fideicomisos a proponer a propietarios de este tipo de casas, una relación comercial para el crecimiento del hospedaje en el corazón de la ciudad; Para ser honesto, no sé cuánto tiempo va a pasar para que el centro de la ciudad este predominado por edificios a gran escala

These old mansions are strategically located, their real estate value is invaluable, which makes me wonder how long the owners will be able to resist the commercial proposals of the real estate park; Tourism growth in recent decades is forcing investors in trusts to propose to owners of this type of house, a commercial relationship for the growth of lodging in the heart of the city; To be honest, I don't know how long it will take for the city center to be dominated by large-scale buildings


Tuve la suerte de ver como mi ciudad ha ido creciendo en los últimos cincuenta años; También soy realista, que el crecimiento que ha tenido es lento en comparación como han crecido en las últimas cinco décadas otras ciudades del mundo. Eso es lo que me gusta de mi ciudad, que se toman las cosas con seriedad y se avanza a medida de las necesidades. I was lucky to see how my city has grown in the last fifty years; I am also realistic, that the growth it has had is slow compared to how other cities in the world have grown in the last five decades. That is what I like about my city, that things are taken seriously and progress is made as needed. Happy to be able to document the evolution of my city and we did it thanks to a NikonCoolpixB500 camera

Hello, dear friend @jlufer. Indeed your hometown of Corrientes is what we call an architectural paradise. That metropolis is surely blessed with a vibrant mix of modern as well as historical buildings that add to the overall allure of the place. Any visitor would definitely be mesmerized by the interesting exhibitions of skyscrapers, commercial, hospitality, retail, and corporate establishments, plus the more modest residential neighborhoods. Quality architecture and design are obviously present in your city due also to its proud heritage from foreign influences like Italian craftsmanship. I'm pretty sure, as the years go by, the city of Corrientes would blossom into a sought-after global attraction. I've already added this urban location as one of my favorite destinations on my travel bucket list for Argentina. Grateful always for your generosity. Kind regards, and have an awesome weekend! 😊

It is good to read that you have in mind to visit this part of the world; At the moment Argentina is a very convenient tourist destination, the dollar has a lot of value here, to give you an idea, US$1 dollar is equivalent to $200 Argentine pesos.

There are beautiful cities to visit, and something to keep in mind is that it is very safe compared to other countries in this area.

If what you are looking for is tranquility and spending days close to nature and reducing stress, my city of Corrientes is ideal. You will be very well received the day you decide to visit us. We will wait for you

The area itself is made up of old buildings, the trees are jobenes, and they have replaced others of yesteryear that were in their place.
