Exclusive for ¨ArchitectureDesign¨ Period buildings with identity, character and history

Hello passionate friends of beautiful buildings, happy to be back in this wonderful ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity ¨:   Sharing some photographs of the period buildings in my city; Those that were built with style and character with an unmistakable identity. The building that I present to you is one of the many that exist in my city, which in addition to having style and character, have a story to tell if they spoke. Before starting I want to thank our friends @storiesoferne @aplusd for the great work they do in our community and the enormous support they give us, not only with the votes for our pots, they also make our presentations known in the weekly report. I do not want to sound repetitive, but I always tell you, that we make a community together, for the benefit of all, for that reason this post is designated with 15% of benefit for our ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨:

The building that I am going to show you today has been standing more than 150 years ago, it was built by Italian professional hands, for the use and service of Italians who came to our city for the first time ; A beautiful way to help immigrants settle in the city; It goes without saying that it is a very united community, and that they have a great vocation for service. Nowadays, the ¨Italian¨ school¨ and the ¨Italian society¨ works here. This imposing building, in my opinion is the one with the most beautiful structure on the block, it is impossible to walk around the place and not stop to see the beautiful structure of the building.

Another notorious difference that this property has with the other blocks, is that the construction was made several meters behind the front line of the land; When designing, the architect thought of a lung in the front, so that people walking along the front could easily appreciate all the details of the facade, and not like in other buildings where passersby have to stop to raise their heads to view construction details; I think this was a very wise decision, since when you do a construction you always want to optimize and use all the square meters of the land. In downtown constructions, a space is not left in the front as a block lung, in this area part of the funds are used for this process; I think you get a bigger lung with this system

It is very evident that the architect had a lot of experience and vision for the time when this imposing building was built; Something that he does, and contributes to the visualization of the building's facade, is its elevated construction; The architect organized a previous construction that raises the building a few meters, this allows to see the facade of the building with great comfort; I think this was thought about the way the building would look in the future, because at the time it was built there would be no other properties to obstruct the view. Now I understand why, that the same architect built several emblematic buildings of the city, and to be honest, they all have a special touch that distinguishes them

In this construction we see again something that I had attributed to a construction style, and I associate it with Spanish hands; However, here we see it again. I think it is definitely associated with the prevailing climate of the city; The galleries allow the air to flow better, and consequently cool the environment. Although we must admit that this gallery is much more elaborate than some others that we had seen, and the other difference is that it is in front of the building. The finished columns give the galleries a unique identity, not to mention the beauty and quality of the masonry finish

. What I like about period buildings is the dedication to beautify each space of the building, in this aspect we can see all the details that were added to the facade of this building. Undoubtedly the architect had a futuristic eye, I find it difficult to believe that the openings at that time were round. There are many things to highlight in the completion of the building, it has small touches that add identity and character to the building. As you can see, this is another building that has a lot of history to tell if I spoke. We have these photographs thanks to our ¨NikonCoolpixB500¨

Greetings @jlufer. That magnificent building constructed by Italian Architects and craftsmen is definitely a sight to behold! You can never go wrong with creations from Italy since they're one of the world's masters of beautiful art and architecture. There's a strategic reason why the open distance (setback) from the road curb to the building's front wall is designated in that property. This helps in the human experience of visual attraction while approaching the impressive facade. They wanted to ensure that even before entering those premises, visitors would already feel a spectacular welcome simply by standing on the street, A clever way indeed to design a lasting first impression! Have an enjoyable Thursday. Superb post! 😊

I like the architectural details of the work, it seems that it is overloaded, but in general it does not seem.
Where is the work, what city, country? Thank you.
