¨FungiFriday¨ There is something in the environment that makes the fungi grow more (Es-Eng)

Es increíble como ha pasado la semana, y nuevamente ha llegado el momento de asistir a esta hermosa ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨ :  para participar y acompañar a mi amigo @ewkaw en su maravilloso ¨FungiFridayContest¨:  Una iniciativa que me gusta mucho, porque me permite saber más sobre los hongos propios de mi ciudad y aquellos que se desarrollan en otras partes del mundo. En esta oportunidad le quiero enseñar dos tipos de hongos que encontramos en esta hermosa reserva natural, para aquellos que por primera vez leen mi post, les comento que vivo muy cerca de un predio de más de cinco hectáreas de tierra colmada de naturaleza, el lugar ideal para encontrar los hongos que habitan en estas latitudes

It's amazing how the week has gone, and once again the time has come to attend this beautiful ¨FungiFridayCommunity¨ :  to participate and accompany my friend @ewkaw in his wonderful ¨FungiFridayContest¨:  An initiative that I really like, because it allows me to know more about the fungi of my city and those that develop in other parts of the world. This time I want to show you two types of mushrooms that we find in this beautiful natural reserve. For those who are reading my post for the first time, I would like to tell you that I live very close to a property of more than five hectares of land full of nature, the place ideal for finding the fungi that inhabit these latitudes

Es verdad que el predio tiene más de cinco hectáreas, pero no en toda su magnitud se desarrollan los hongos, solo en varios tramos que creo que es la zona más sombría, y por lo tanto conserva más la humedad de suelo. No es algo científico o algo que haya comprobado, es lo que a mi me parece. Por lo tanto, cada vez que concurrimos a la reserva nos dirigimos a esas zonas que sabemos que son más propicias para los hongos. Fue muy decepcionante iniciar la búsqueda y encontrar solo hongos en estado de descomposición, llegamos a pensar que llegamos tarde, y por alguna razón estos se deterioraron

It is true that the property has more than five hectares, but mushrooms do not develop in all its magnitude, only in several sections that I think is the darkest area, and therefore preserved plus soil moisture. Este tipo de hongo pertenecen a los que se conocen científicamente como ¨Auricularia¨ : . Este tipo de hongos tiene más de diez especies, este en particular se conoce con el nombre de ¨Auricularia¨¨nigricans¨ :  una especie que se desarrolla en las ramas, o troncos de árboles en descomposición

Because of our way of being, we never give up the first time, we always look for more alternatives; So it was that we discovered a new place where this beautiful type of fungus known as "cow's ear" developed. This type of fungus belongs to what is scientifically known as ¨Auricularia¨ : . This type of fungus has more than ten species, this one in particular is known by the name of ¨Auricularia¨¨nigricans¨ :  a species that develops on the branches, or trunks of decaying trees

Ser persistente muchas veces ayuda a concretar lo que uno desea, en este caso salimos con la intención de buscar hongos para este desafío, y nuevamente hemos encontrado este hongo que en los últimos meses abundan aquí. Estos son conocido científicamente como ¨Neolentinus¨:  Para ser honesto no me sorprende haber encontrado este hongo, lo que llama mi atención, es que con el paso del tiempo, encontramos hongos de mayor tamaño. Me encanta la textura, y el color del hongo, su apariencia a un pan con semillas de sésamo, o a una galleta con chips de chocolate, hace que sea atractivo recolectar y desear llevarlo con nosotros para preparar un plato exquisito con estos hongos

Being persistent many times helps to specify what one wants, in this case we went out with the intention of looking for mushrooms for this challenge, and once again we have found this mushroom that has been abundant here in recent months. I love the texture, and the color of the mushroom, its appearance like a bread with sesame seeds, or a cookie with chocolate chips, makes it attractive to collect and want to take it with us to prepare an exquisite dish with these mushrooms
