Period constructions protected as historical monuments (Es-Eng)
Muy feliz de estar nuevamente aquí junto a ustedes en esta grandiosa ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Compartiendo otras bellas tomas fotográficas que hemos realizado dentro del casco histórico de mi ciudad de Corrientes; los que siguen mis publicaciones saben que vivo en una ciudad pequeña del interior de Argentina, una exquisita ciudad construida gran parte con manos profesionales extranjeras. El profesionalismo con el que han construido las edificaciones de época es lo que embellece mi ciudad, y a los apasionados como yo de este tipo de edificaciones en donde radica el especial atractivo. Antes de iniciar el post deseo agradecer a nuestros amigos @storiesoferne @aplusd por el gran apoyo que brindan a nuestras publicaciones dando a conocer en informes semanales, un informe que permite que tenga más alcance los materiales que publicamos. Very happy to be here again with you in this great ¨ArchitectureDesignCommunity¨: Sharing other beautiful photographic shots that we have taken within the historic center of my city of Corrientes; Those who follow my publications know that I live in a small city in the interior of Argentina, an exquisite city built largely by foreign professional hands. The professionalism with which the period buildings have been built is what makes my city beautiful, and for those who are passionate about this type of building, where the special attraction lies. Before starting the post, I would like to thank our friends @storiesoferne @aplusd for the great support they provide to our publications by making them known in weekly reports, a report that allows the materials we publish to have more reach. En el post anterior comente y compartí algunos argumentos que indican que las construcciones horizontales de mi ciudad tienden a desaparecer, el incremento poblacional, nuevas políticas en el mercado inmobiliario, demanda habitacional turísticas, y algunas otras cuestiones que hacen suponer estas argumentaciones. En este post quiero argumentar mi suposición del porque las edificaciones de épocas van a permanecer en pie, sobre todos aquellas construcciones que esta situadas dentro el casco histórico de nuestra ciudad

In the previous post I commented and shared some arguments that indicate that the horizontal constructions of my city tend to disappear, the population increase, new policies in the real estate market, tourist housing demand, and some others issues that lead to these arguments. In this post I want to argue my assumption of why the buildings of times are going to remain standing, on all those constructions that are located within the historic center of our city
El casco histórico es donde se inició todo, es el lugar que los ¨indígenas¨ ¨guaraníes¨ escogieron para establecerse, y donde los ¨colonizadores¨ españoles crearon el primer asentamiento. Un rectángulo que abarca las cuatro avenidas principales de la ciudad, todas las edificaciones de épocas que se encuentre dentro de ese perímetro no se pueden demoler o hacer cambios en su fachada, pero como todas las cosas se puede hacer apelaciones, y son los organismos responsables de evaluar tales apelaciones; lo que significa que algunas propiedades puedan ser demolidas o cambiadas sus fachada. Lo que sí se puede hacer con las fachadas de estas edificaciones es restaurarlas a su estado original, un gran proyecto que lleva a cabo la provincia en conjunto a sus propietarios. En esta oportunidad deseo enseñarles algunas edificaciones de épocas que dejan ver el amor de las manos que las han creado

The historic center is where it all began, it is the place that the "indigenous" "Guarani" chose to settle, and where the Spanish "colonizers" created the first settlement. A rectangle that encompasses the four main avenues of the city, all the buildings of times that are within that perimeter cannot be demolished or make changes to their facade, but like all things, appeals can be made, and they are the responsible organisms to evaluate such appeals; which means that some properties may be demolished or their façade changed. What can be done with the facades of these buildings is to restore them to their original state, a major project carried out by the province together with their owners. On this occasion I want to show you some buildings from times that show the love of the hands that have created them
Me disculpo con todos por mi falta de conocimiento técnico, lo que no me permite hablar con propiedad y poder decir con certeza el estilo de esta hermosa construcción, pero creo que las imágenes transmiten muy bien lo que deseo destacar de esta propiedad, y seguramente será de gran ayuda para ustedes definir un estilo y una época en esta exquisita propiedad. Me gusta mucho el estilo y todos los pequeños detalles que han utilizado para personalizar y destacar a la construcción, lo que no me gusta mucho es la combinación de colores que han utilizado, la falta de mantenimiento a las enormes aberturas; creo que eso es porque es una propiedad que esta alquilada y funciona como un fondo de comercio, y como saben, los inquilinos no son lo más cuidadores de las propiedades. Ante esta situación creo que el departamento municipal debería exigir cierto mantenimiento anual a la propiedad pensando en el lugar en que se encuentra

I apologize to everyone for my lack of technical knowledge, which does not allow me to speak properly and be able to say with certainty the style of this beautiful construction, but I think the images convey very well what What I want to highlight about this property, and surely it will be of great help for you to define a style and an era in this exquisite property. I really like the style and all the little details that have been used to personalize and highlight the construction, what I don't really like is the color combination that they have used, the lack of maintenance to the huge openings; I think that is because it is a property that is rented and works as a goodwill, and as you know, the tenants are not the best caretakers of the properties. Given this situation, I believe that the municipal department should require some annual maintenance of the property, considering the place where it is located.

Lo que me gusta de la propiedad es su fachada y todos los detalles de la construcción que da mucho carácter y personalidad. Se puede apreciar claramente como manos profesionales italianos han hecho un trabajo majestuoso en la construcción, la dedicación de los herreros que han forjado tan llamativa verjas de protección, una estructura de hierro no muchas veces vistas, los grandes ventanales y puertas es acompañada por herrajes de bronces que dan un toque de distinción a las gigantes aberturas de la época. Estas hermosas tomas fotografías las realizamos en mi ¨Ciudad¨ de ¨Corrientes¨¨Argentina¨ con una ¨NikonCoolpixB500¨
What I like about the property is its facade and all the details of the construction that gives it a lot of character and personality. It can be clearly seen how professional Italian hands have done a majestic job in the construction, the dedication of the blacksmiths who have forged such striking protection gates, an iron structure not often seen, the large windows and doors is accompanied by ironwork of bronzes that give a touch of distinction to the giant openings of the time. Es impresionante lo bella y conservada que está tu ciudad @jlufer, es obvio que la calidad y la excelencia prevalencieron a la hora de construir estas edificaciones tan bonitas, y también el sentido de pertenencia y el aprecio hacia el pasado histórico, al conservarlas en tan buen estado.
