La acelga es una hortaliza que se utiliza mucho en mi casa, tenemos muchas recetas en la que podemos incorporar sus hojas; Sobre todo porque es unas de esas hortalizas que son muy saludables para nuestro organismo al consumir, aporta vitaminas y minerales, además de que puede prevenir algunas afecciones


Swiss chard is a vegetable that is widely used in my house, we have many recipes in which we can incorporate its leaves; Especially because it is one of those vegetables that are very healthy for our body when consumed, it provides vitamins and minerals, in addition to that it can prevent some conditions


Esta es una planta que es muy sencilla de sembrar; Solo debemos tener en cuenta algunas cosas; Una de ellas es la posición del terreno que escogimos para su siembra, este tiene que tener una buena cantidad de exposición al ¨sol¨


This is a plant that is very easy to plant; We just have to keep a few things in mind; One of them is the position of the land we chose for planting, it has to have a good amount of exposure to the ¨sol¨


El terreno escogido tiene que estar libre de hierbas, por tal motivo vamos a trabajar con la ¨azada¨ para despojar dese su raíces las malezas; una vez despojados vamos a retirar toda las ¨hierbas¨ cortada con el ¨rastrillo¨


The chosen land must be free of weeds, for this reason we are going to work with the "hoe" to strip the weeds from their roots; once stripped we are going to remove all the ¨herbs¨ cut with the ¨rake¨


La tierra tiene que drenar muy bien, no se debe acumular agua, tiene que ser blanda del tipo arenosa, Con la ayuda de una ¨azada¨ vamos a ablandar la tierra y remover para mezclar los nutrientes; Esto es muy importante para el desarrollo de sus raíces


The earth has to drain very well, no water should accumulate, it has to be soft of the sandy type. With the help of a hoe we are going to soften the earth and stir to mix the nutrients; This is very important for the development of its roots
