I Am Alive Challenge - 11/27/21

avatar

Please excuse my house. We are a family of three living in a one bedroom apartment. But, I wanted to take a picture of my good boy, Mr Tanner.

Today Tanner got a bath. He REALLY doesn’t like it. I had to pick him up and carry him to the bathtub. Poor baby was shaking the whole time.

Now he is nice clean and soft because I used some conditioner too.

That was probably the excitement for the day. I plan on just keeping it easy today. Later we will go for a drive and look at the Christmas decorations around town.

God bless you all, and thank you for reading.

John

Fantastic to see Mr Tanner alive and well after that big ordeal John, not many dogs like the bathtub, but they need it still, thanks for sharing and stay safe, awesome and alive.

@johnandgrace, Happy to see you alive and Mr Tanner alive with god's blessings. It's rarely hear dogs use bathtubs for bathe. Many times they don't like to it. However you have done good job for your lovely Tanne. Have a nice weekend. Stay alive.

Quiet space is a matter of perception, beautiful puppy, always gives them a lot of cold at least they do not run away like cats, I hope the walk does not get dirty again, happy afternoon, stay !ALIVE

Hi @mlrequena78. I am grateful for our little apartment, but God blessed us and we will be moving soon to a bigger apartment. I actually had to keep Tanner on a leash to keep him from running away. :) Enjoy your weekend!

😂 Tanner was shaking after the bath? Then I guess he really don't like bath.

Maybe your walk will make Tanner happy again.

Thanks for sharing a part of your day with us, and congrats for gaining the spotlight

Hi @merit.ahama. Yes, he really didn't like it but he is better now. It's long forgotten. I took him for a nice long walk this morning, so he is happy again. Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed weekend.

Mr. Tanner needs a walk to warm him up. It is a nice dog and you did well to give it a good bath. Enjoy the rest of your day buddy.

If you just have little space why do you squeeze a pet inside?

It is neither healthy for you nor for the pet.

Doesn’t aound like you can afford a pet and I guess you use it as a n excuse to not do real sports like many people right?

And the pet is fed with (industrial) meat and has a high (sour/acidic) ph level because of the unhealthy diet and destroys our soul with his poo and pee.

If you are not blind or a sheppard you should probably not own a dog. Especially if you lock it inside a house

There is a detailed explanation why owing a pet is evil on my Instagram. Please leave all animals free❣️

I had him from before I was married to my wife and my stepdaughter. I had a lot more space. We are moving soon to a much bigger place but we had to wait for our lease to end.

He was from a shelter where he was kept in a cage all day. I don't know why you would attack me by saying "I guess you use it as an excuse to do real sports?" You don't know me.

I have had a life-long bond with my dog and the last thing I am going to do is set him free. That is what would be very terrible for the dog.

I am not blind but do have Bipolar Disorder and my dog is an emotional support animal. I really don't appreciate being bullied. I was bullied as a child and now have lifelong mental illness from it.

I have heard all excuses already. You need emotional support. Start working out with other humans. You have people to talk to and feel much better.

Locking a pet creates lots of work, responsibilities, is expensive, prevents you from spending time for yourself or with other humans.
I have heard all the excuses.

Smoke weed for your health, eat healthy every day, do sports every day, spend time alone, stretch, meditate. Decide to love yourself instead of trying to love a dog that doesn’t love you. That’s not love.

I don’t need to know you. 99% of humans have the same problems. The way you write tells enough about you.

Do you eat plantbased and feed the dog plantbased/alkaline?
100% organic?
No

So you destroy the planet all day every day. Whats your excuse to support the pharma industry?

Dog food are no leftovers. It is produced especially for dogs so more mass food production, more pollution, more co2...

Hi @imfarhad. We actually were looking at the decorations other people put up. They were lovely, and we had a great time.

Hahaha
The dog must have stressed you out.
That's how they behave whenever they come in contact with water. It must be happy to bath at the big pool.
Congrats for being on the spotlight today

Hi @ddn688, sorry for the late reply. Yes, usually dogs don't like baths. To tell you the truth, I am relieved now that he is soft and smells nice. :) Have a blessed day.
