I Am Alive Challenge - 11/28/21

I was honored to be chosen for the spotlight. To tell you the truth I was a little embarrassed about the apartment and didn’t think the post would get too noticed.

I love my dog very much and he loves the family. I know I have a small place now but he is happy and we will be moving February 1st to a much bigger place.

When my Mom had her stroke and was dying he pulled me through. I used to take him to the support groups I used to run and he gave everyone who needed it lots of attention.

Once my Mom passes and I had to move out of her house into an apartment I couldn’t get rid of the dog. The grief would kill me. Besides anyone that owns a dog know that they are happiest when they are with their owners who love them. I think my dog would be heartbroken too if I gave him up because I moved into a smaller place.

Luckily God has blessed me with a two bedroom apartment with a den that we will be moving into soon. Good for the dog and also my family. My stepdaughter needs her own room.

So I am alive and blessed to have my dog and my family no matter what.
