I Am Alive Challenge - Day 111: A brain went into a pub and said, "Can I have a pint of lager please?"

"No way," says the barman "you are already out of your head!"

So had a slow weekend so far. Mostly a lot of sleeping. I've been listening to sermons from Pastor Chuck Smith on Revelations. I might write a short article on that later.

Yesterday, I was kind of annoyed. We have been selling stuff on Facebook to earn money for our vacation. Someone promised to buy and was in a rush to buy. So, we went right away to meet them at McDonald's and they never showed up.

I ended up wasting time that I could have been doing something productive.

Anyway, I did get to eat my favorite Keto Friendly Food, Chick Crust Pizza. I have some leftovers that I will be eating for breakfast later.

I also have been doing good with my exercise and am down another 2 pounds!

So despite the setbacks, I am alive, well, and blessed
