Another good day. You never really know how the day is going to go in a Psychiatric Hospital but today I imagined the best rather than feared for the worst. You know what? I had a pretty awesome day! All of my groups went smoothly and actually really well.

I also got a good amount of exercise. I have been on a roll lately.
As always I am happy to be alive in these uncertain times, to have a job that I enjoy, and a family I love.
