Two points about legacy TE content on CTPX:

  1. TE folks see this as a new system and a chance to find new leads that they are not getting from the systems they are in. They are also invested in these things with a great deal of time and possibly money, so feel obligated to make it work somehow.
  2. They haven't been around long enough to see how this is different and understand WHY things are different here. Give them time to look at all the content over and over and things will start to click and they will evolve their strategy to investment.

I love the talk about the 5 year mindset. It's a probably closer to like 2 years and a half from when I started so far and I think the building continues. I expect myself to just look forward at the next 5 years when I do get to that 5 year mark.
