Using Threads Is A Really Good Business Strategy

avatar

This post is dedicated to the entrepreneurs on the blockchain!

It's going to be an in-depth look at a recent #threadstorm I wrote on Leo Threads.

I'm going to break each point down in much more depth than I could in the individual Threads to highlight why I think....If you are in business for yourself....If you are trying to build a brand on Hive....If you are trying to get people to follow you on chain....

Threads is not only a no-brainer, it's a must!

Let's dive in:

I first started with this initial Thread.

Over the past few days the #ctp tag has been trending on Threads. So I thought it would be the perfect time to talk directly to my community. You see, we are 'internet marketers', and in the Threadstorm, I highlight why we as entrepreneurs need to be using this platform every single day.

So while I did target CTP for this, I think the message for everyone on Hive is important!

Next up was Thread #2 in the 'Storm

This is spoken about across all sectors of online marketing. We're told two of the most important things you can build online is your mailing / contact list and your personal brand.

The reason is, especially in affiliate marketing, products and service come and go, but the relationships you build will last a lifetime. Combine that with a strong personal brand and reputation, you'll be able to conquer any challenge you may face.

Then came Thread number 3...

The golden nugget of doing business online!

One of my favorite authors in history Jeffrey Gitomer famously states:

"All things being equal, people do business with those they know, like and trust. All things not being equal people still do business with those they know, like and trust!"

So your mission, as an online entrepreneur is to get people to.....You guessed it!

Know, like and trust you!

And what better way than in this incredible community right here on the blockchain. The more people see you, the more they get to know you. The more value you give, the more they begin to like you. And finally, the longer you can stay in front of them, plus provide value daily...They'll trust you!

Threads makes that extremely simple to do!

Next up was Thread #4

Again, I know the Thread is highlighting CTP, but this works for any tribe and any individual trying to build a brand on Hive and Leo!

The key take away from this Thread was to be genuine! Don't just be out there in front of people for the sake of it. And don't expect upvotes and replies. You should be doing this because it's a really good plan to build relationships with others.

And it's in a community that you will share many similar likes and interests in. But being genuine is CRITICAL.

'Dear ser, good post' comments....Don't add value and end up hurting your reputation!

And finally, Thread 5!

And then I wrap it up with a broken record....

Here's the deal, there are no guarantees. Hive may fall flat. Leo may disappear in a few years. The world may end. There is absolutely NOTHING I can promise you about the future of any of this crypto stuff....

But what if.

What if, Threads really takes off? What if this #web3 stuff starts to attract the masses?

Won't you be glad that you took action now, while there was only a handful of active users....And built your brand as a thought leader and expert in LeoThreads...Now?

So being active on Threads isn't just a good business strategy for me....For me, it's a very smart way to make sure my personal brand is set up for big potential when the masses show up!

I'd love to hear your feedback and thoughts on my first ever #threadstorm and my in-depth look into it!

I like the threadstorm idea. I feel that would encourage more people to comment on the content. Something like this is needed these days. Because we are already in endless winter and we have to bring more engagement and also that would kind of help us with our own business too.

In a way, having more exposure is always good, and getting #ctp on the trending in threads is giving you that opportunity. It lets more people learn about the project and they can do the research to see if it fits them.

That's a wonderful quote from Jeffrey Gitomer! Threads makes networking and providing value a lot more easier. This is a great threadstorm to focus on building a personal brand on this platform with huge potential. Learned something new about personal branding :)

You show your message and brand so people can see your message appear daily in front of their faces.

So I am thinking, creating a treadstorm is to create a series of short informative content related by a common message, each presented to entice more interest to the next thread in the series.

Does that makes sense or am my missing something? Do I number each post in the series?

I have made some threads to drive viewers to my long posts. And I have had new followers as a result.

Thanks again for the example.

Yeah, so we are limited to the characters we can add per Thread. So a storm just let's you build your point / message across multiple Threads under one Thread.

That is pretty cool. I know the community has been pushing the idea of thread storms for a bit now. I wasn't even able to get into the platform most of the day yesterday. I think they need to get that sort of stuff fixed before I dive into it full speed.

Yeah I noticed a big improvement over the past 24 hours. The nodes on Hive throttled Threads because they were making so many calls apparently.

Similar with #Twitter, but while you are being paid, #Threads spreads the word organically and bring awareness for anyone's brand and interest. And with #threadstorms you can keep the read engaged and waiting to see what next around the corner.

As a carpenter, in the initial stages of building my own carpentry company, I needed this blog on thread and why it is important. Thank you for that
