Italian Art Food
Dear friends of Hive, one of my many passions is cooking, but good cooking. In Italy it is truly varied and unique, there is a lot of tradition, but also a great desire to innovate, like in a beautiful place where I recently went to eat, a rustic, well-kept and quiet place, excellent wines and the research in the dishes. see.
With my partner, we chose two very interesting second courses.
The first was fillet of Black Angus, dressed with pistachio and bacon, placed on polenta with truffles. Dish with balanced flavors, very tender meat and perfect cooking, we liked it.
The second was an Iberian pork fillet, also placed on truffle polenta, with truffle cream, rocket and beetroot. A unique specialty, perfectly intertwined flavors and excellent cooking, a truly excellent dish.
