Dead woods In A Financial System?

One of the reasons why unemployment will keep rising especially in an economically stagnant state as Nigeria is not just due to the government's inability to manage resources creatively but the inevitability of different people doing the same thing in a cyclical process for a long period of time.

One of these things is to actually accrue different degrees without trying to own any skills or gain knowledge that could serve as skillets which should bring means to the table. Likewise, one of the best ways to be financially inclined is to assess oneself continually and to assess one's environment simultaneously at the same time.

The human life span is short, and this alone should determine the basis for a lot of our financial decisions. This should include, protecting oneself from health threatening jobs, eating healthy. Understanding that a sizeable amount of money should go into healthcare since we need to be fit health-wise to make money.

Money, Health & Life

I often see misleading quotes online about hardworking people not sleeping because they're chasing money, but this feels verbose to me: first of, we make money to actually spend it, so what is the essence of making money if you are too dead to actually spend it? This is a concept people should understand.

The world is filled with life-threatening opportunities that might cost people their lives, all in the name of money making. But some allows their fear of poverty to drive them into making erratic decision. People would rather stow away in ships going to foreign countries from let's say Nigeria.

Firstly they haven't considered the health hazards of actually being stowed away, secondly they do not know the financial constraints they might face even if they making it to the country they're running to. Thirdly, they do not consider consequences, weighs it to see if the risk will be worth the reward, the opportunity cost for making decisions.

Financial Crowded Spaces

On a daily basis, people lose their abilities to make means simply because they're paying too much attention to actually making "money". The basis of the human life should be working smartly and not hardly. However, people often allow their external environment to actually control them.

We're too scared of trying new things because we know of a way through which success might be guaranteed. People often look at the success of others to build the basis or framework for their lives, they do not actually want to sit down to draw or create a different roadmap for themselves, hence you see a lot of people in a rat race to beat deadlines, beat off competition in an already crowded space.

Sometimes people fail in crowded spaces simply because they allow their financial environment to dictate their abilities. The fact that a person is too weak to compete in a certain sphere doesn't mean they're bound to fail. Money doesn't have to be stressful, it requires being in the right financial environment, doing the right thing consistently for a given period of time.

Succeeding Differently?

The mindset that everyone must succeed in a particular sphere to prove their doggedness or worthiness is totally wrong. This is why I believe that firstly, in one's attempt to make money, the primary thing to consider is how that money-making process affects the physical and mental wellness.

It's foolhardy to put oneself in a 50/50 health situation simply because the risk matches the reward. Life shouldn't be a game of dice, and this is because there's no reward that would match the likelihood of losing one's life, simply because there is enormous wealth lying at the end of other probability.

This isn't to say we're not going to risk anything in life, the point is that, when the risk entails losing one's life, then it's the greatest opportunity cost which totally changes everything.

The Rat-Race Vibes

---

So many people are in rat races simply because they've allowed the wrong financial environment to dictate their mentality. Internet fraudsters in one's space are giving people the "get-rich quick" vibes, making them see futility in building honest work for themselves in the long haul.

The pressure to become wealthy overnight makes people put their lives on the line. Meanwhile, working rather smartly taking advantage of the tools lying at one's disposal would definitely prove to be crucial. Not everyone is meant to own a degree nor are meant to be always rich at the same time, there's no reward for this.

Without life, the essence of wealth is futile, I see no reason why life should be sacrificed in the bid to make wealth. The conditions available might make it difficult and this is why people should be more creative and courageous in their choices.
