The present Governor of Ondo state for example, he has no economic or innovation idea, for the past four years of his tenure, it has been as though he never existed. May God help us.
I wouldn't be actually surprised. Most of the system is erected based on politics, not having the right economic ideologies. This is why Nigeria is not moving forward economically. Most of them take actions based on what the previous rulers have done. They have not represented the people economically which should be an important basis for a nation to actually function properly. It's definitely saddening. Even their special advisers on economic issues aren't economically qualified.
