JAMAL AND THE BARKING SPIDER

How dare these stinking Spider of the splinterland trap Jenkin? My one and only family member. Does it mean that he is not scared of the dreaded Cyberpunk city or does it just want to start up what it cannot finish?. I promise them they will feel the taste of my launcher. I will burn down that forest they call home.

Hey, Jamal, I have never seen you this furious before, what could be the cause? asked Jenny, Jamal's housekeeper asked.

Jenny, can you imagine that that stinking, toothless spider in the forest of the splinterland trapped Jenkin?. I sent Jenkin to the popular Alchemist of the splinterland, they practice Aether Shen art with magical spells just like my invincibility potion, and that Barking spider trapped him and had the guts to demand my invisibility potion as ransom. It thinks his stench and webs can scare me away, but it is wrong this time. Am going to show them a taste of my weapons.

The next day, Jamal prepared for the rescue mission because she can't allow her dog Jenkin to remain captive under that stinking Spider. She had her grenade launcher fully loaded and the invincibility potion. On getting to the forest, She saw the Barking Spiders waiting for her and Jenkin tied up with their cobwebs.

Release the potion to me and have your dog, you won't want to try the strength of my web. No one who has entered this forest has ever gone out alive.
We hear of your mass destruction weapon but be rest assured, it can't work here in the splinterland. Our lands are too strong to be destroyed by it, the Spider boasted.

She was still trying to warn the spider when the Spider started transforming to the size of a chicken.

She knew that it is time to use the grenade launcher because the Barking Spider will become more powerful when the transformation is complete. She looked up to where Jenkin was tied and noticed that Jenny had rescued it. She had given Jenny the invincibility potion which made her invincible all these while she was exchanging banter with the Spiders.

Hey,! Did you say you have my dog hostage, I don't think this is the case now. Jamal said to the Barking Spider.

Looking to where he had tied up the dog, he couldn't see it again and this made the spider more furious. It was as if everything was heightened. His transformation became faster.

Jamal brought out the grenade launcher. She was sure that Jenny had gone away from the forest with Jenkin. She shot at the spider but the barking Spider dodged it. Fire started to grow as well because it was during the dry season. The Spiders, seeing the level of the destruction made by the grenade launcher advanced towards Jamal. Jamal aimed at the trees and launched the grenade. The trees started falling one after the other. Soon the whole forest began to burn. The backing Spider retreated.

Jamal on her own jumped on her horse and ran back to meet Jenny and her Dog at the bridge separating Cyberpunk city and Splinterland. She heard the Spider who is still struggling to run for safety shouting.

Jamal reunited with her dog at the bridge, and they went back to cyberpunk city.
