I agree as much as we hate it regulations would allow for more investors to invest. However I believe now are the times when HUGE profits can be made because once everyone jumps in after regulations hit those rates are going to fall and we wont see those big 300% gains anymore most likely.

The big money players will move in then and it will be game over for a lot of chains. They will simply buy up much of the existing supply.
