Hurray! It's another Friday. Time is flying so fast. As I submitted my Mushrooms hunting soon Friday has come for us to share. It's another wonderful 😊 weekend! I hope you Guys are all doing well. It's another blissful day for mushrooms hunt. I've already mentioned in my last post that this is the time when humidity is high since we are experiencing bumper raining season for farming. So mushrooms growth isn't difficult.

So during the week days I haven't relented searching for mushrooms. My target was to search for the areas that are most humid and well decomposed for mushrooms growth. I went to the same area where I harvested few last week. I told you that this area is in proximity to my farm land. I do go there in the morning and evening when the weather is cooled. I was a able to spot few of these varieties of mushroom. To some of these mushrooms some are edible and others aren't good for consumption looking at their nature. The first was to find those with the broad caps and short stalk non-edible ones. They found on the ground of well decomposed area. There were covered of leave debris so I had to remove the organic matter before I could get the clear picture.

I was lucky to find "Lentinus tigrinus mushrooms around the area of my farm when I was weeding. They were found on the ground. They do not have any visible stalk. They are white in colour and comes in many groups. Over here, I saw about 20 pieces of "Lentinus tigrinus." Unfortunately they aren't edibles mushrooms since of their poisonous secretion. I didn't bother myself to uproot them but I just took some pics.

As I was checking the boundary of the other side of my farm. I found some palm trees which were used for palm wine tarping. They have remained here to decomposed. I found some edible mushrooms here. Some have even rotten and others are now emerging. For most of these mushrooms are edible and we use for making soup. But I couldn't harvest them since they are very small in nature. I just had pictures with them.

The rain is frequently raining so if you fail to visit areas for some time by the time you get to the those places they might have rotten. I continue to hunt for mushrooms.
