Hello @missaj. Each week can be a challenge in bypassing the fast food restaurants. But as @shanibeer said, don't deny yourself completely. Include in your weekly budget a dine out or take out item. I reduced mine to 1 per week. That's a huge reduction in that I'm used to getting take out at least 3 or 4 times a week. Although I try to stick to healthy restaurants. It was just not wanting to cook. This month, I've slowed down quite a bit and cooked instead of ordering take out.
