Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite recipes after training đȘđ», I love these healthy recipes and get creative when making them and most importantly: they are gluten-free. There are 10 easy steps, here we go đ„° ....
Ingredientes:
âą Harina de Avena
âą Avena en hojuelas
âą Stevia o endulzante de tu preferencia
âą Pizca de sal
âą Polvo de hornear
âą Vainilla
âą Huevo
âą Leche de almendra o de tu preferencia
Ingredients:
âą Oatmeal
âą Oat flakes
âą Stevia or sweetener of your choice
âą Pinch of salt
âą Baking powder
âą Vanilla
âą Egg
âą Almond milk or your preference
â PRIMER PASO: agregamos 2 tazas de harina de avena en el recipiente de la licuadora
â FIRST STEP: add 2 cups of oatmeal to the blender container
â SEGUNDO PASO: agregamos el huevo
â TERCER PASO: agregamos el endulzante de tu preferencia
â THIRD STEP: we add the sweetener of your choice
â CUARTO PASO: agregamos el polvo de hornear
â FOURTH STEP: add the baking powder
â QUINTO PASO: agregamos la leche de almendra o de tu preferencia
â SEXTO PASO: colocamos la vainilla al gusto
â STEP SIX: add the vanilla to taste
â SĂPTIMO PASO: agregamos pizca de sal al gusto
â SEVENTH STEP: add a pinch of salt to taste
â OCTAVO PASO: agregamos las hojuelas de avena para que la mezcla quede mas compacta
â EIGHTH STEP: we add the oat flakes to make the mixture more compact
â NOVENO PASO: ya puestos los ingredientes en la licuadora, licuar por 3 minutos
â NINTH STEP: once the ingredients have been put in the blender, blend for 3 minutes
â DĂCIMO PASO: colocamos la mezcla en la wafflera caliente
â TENTH: we place the mixture in the hot waffle iron
... Y listo! Puedes agregarle el topping que quieras. En este caso le coloque granola y manzana, tambiĂ©n suelo colocar miel o fresas. Espero y les haya encantado esta receta saludable, para el desayuno o cena, tambiĂ©n para un snack. Gracias por leerme hivers⥠nos vemos en otro postđ€đđ§ż
