Today I wanted to share with you one of my favorite recipes after training đŸ’ȘđŸ», I love these healthy recipes and get creative when making them and most importantly: they are gluten-free. There are 10 easy steps, here we go đŸ„° ....

Ingredientes:

‱ Harina de Avena
‱ Avena en hojuelas
‱ Stevia o endulzante de tu preferencia
‱ Pizca de sal
‱ Polvo de hornear
‱ Vainilla
‱ Huevo
‱ Leche de almendra o de tu preferencia

Ingredients:

‱ Oatmeal
‱ Oat flakes
‱ Stevia or sweetener of your choice
‱ Pinch of salt
‱ Baking powder
‱ Vanilla
‱ Egg
‱ Almond milk or your preference

■ PRIMER PASO: agregamos 2 tazas de harina de avena en el recipiente de la licuadora

■ FIRST STEP: add 2 cups of oatmeal to the blender container

■ SEGUNDO PASO: agregamos el huevo

■ SECOND STEP: add the egg

■ TERCER PASO: agregamos el endulzante de tu preferencia

■ THIRD STEP: we add the sweetener of your choice

■ CUARTO PASO: agregamos el polvo de hornear

■ FOURTH STEP: add the baking powder

■ QUINTO PASO: agregamos la leche de almendra o de tu preferencia

■ FIFTH STEP: add the almond milk or of your preference

■ SEXTO PASO: colocamos la vainilla al gusto

■ STEP SIX: add the vanilla to taste

■ SÉPTIMO PASO: agregamos pizca de sal al gusto

■ SEVENTH STEP: add a pinch of salt to taste

■ OCTAVO PASO: agregamos las hojuelas de avena para que la mezcla quede mas compacta

■ EIGHTH STEP: we add the oat flakes to make the mixture more compact

■ NOVENO PASO: ya puestos los ingredientes en la licuadora, licuar por 3 minutos

■ NINTH STEP: once the ingredients have been put in the blender, blend for 3 minutes

■ DÉCIMO PASO: colocamos la mezcla en la wafflera caliente

■ TENTH: we place the mixture in the hot waffle iron

... Y listo! Puedes agregarle el topping que quieras. En este caso le coloque granola y manzana, tambiĂ©n suelo colocar miel o fresas. Espero y les haya encantado esta receta saludable, para el desayuno o cena, tambiĂ©n para un snack. Gracias por leerme hivers♡ nos vemos en otro postđŸ€—đŸŒˆđŸ§ż
