Es increíble como pasa el tiempo, no puedo creer que mi hija ya esté culminando el 5to grado y este a punto de comenzar su último año en la primaria, me siento muy orgullosa, feliz y agradecida por esto, aunque al mismo tiempo me invade la nostalgia, pues pronto llegara la adolescencia.
Este fin de semana, estuvimos trabajando en su defensa de cierre de proyecto escolar, como madre he tratado de ser una guía y le ofrezco mi ayuda en todo lo que necesite para que realice sus actividades escolares, pero siempre dejando que ella tome iniciativa, que tome sus decisiones, que le dé forma a sus ideas y realice sus actividades por sí misma, porque este es el fin de las tareas escolares, que desarrolle sus capacidades y adquiera conocimientos y destrezas.
Ella estaba entusiasmada con su proyecto llamado: Conociendo los animales, porque le encantaba el tema, desde pequeña su interés y amor por los animales es muy notable, por eso investigar acerca de los piscos y patos fue algo que realmente disfruto.
Comenzamos investigando sobre el tema, el Internet es una gran herramienta que nos permite encontrar información en un abrir y cerrar de ojos, sin embargo, incentivo a mi hija que recurra primero a los libros, al material disponible en casa, que consulte distintas fuentes y complemente con el material disponible en la web. Con esto, espero que aprenda que de un mismo tema podemos encontrar información muy variable que nos permitirá consolidar el trabajo de investigación.
Después de seleccionar la información, el siguiente paso era preparar su material de apoyo durante la defensa, ella estaba nerviosa porque no quería cometer errores y arruinar la lámina, así que primero la realizó con un lápiz muy suave antes de usar el marcador. With this, I hope she learns that we can find very variable information on the same topic that will allow us to consolidate the research work.

Como parte de la actividad, también debía realizar una maqueta que representara su tema, esta parte fue muy divertida, me gusto mucho verla tan entusiasmada con su trabajo, tan dedicada, lo hizo todo con amor.
Para hacer la maqueta, uso material de reciclaje, cartón y hojas usadas, realizo y recorto algunos dibujos de las aves, y pinto sobre un cartón el lago, seguidamente busco algo de tierra y césped en el jardín, para hacer una representación más real con las distintas texturas, se le ocurrió realizar un nido, con la cáscara de un huevo, así quedo, estaba feliz con su maqueta, comprendía y disfrutaba el tema, aprendió acerca de esta maravillosa especie, en general fue una experiencia muy bonita, que le dejo muchas enseñanzas y aprendizajes, no solo del tema sino de todo lo que involucra preparar una exposición.
Estos, aunque parezcan pequeños, son logros muy importantes en el desarrollo de los niños y como padres debemos incentivarlos día a día, para que estudien, aprendan, se formen, adquieran curiosidad por las cosas, que vayan más allá de lo que les facilitan los docentes, es nuestro deber prepararlos para el futuro.

Apoyo, mucho estas actividades y las exposiciones a esta etapa de sus vidas me parecen algo excelente, porque de esta forma van aprendiendo a desenvolverse, a comunicarse adecuadamente, pierden el miedo escénico, crean actitudes de liderazgo, entre otras ventajas, que serán una gran ayuda para su desenvolvimiento en la secundaria y en la vida.
Lamentablemente, fue imposible para mi acompañarla en su exposición, debía cumplir con mi trabajo y no podía postergarlo, tampoco nadie podía reemplazarme, mi mente estaba en la oficina, pero mi corazón estaba con ella, ansiosa de saber como le había ido. Al llegar a casa, ella me recibió emocionada porque había sacado la mas alta calibración, además me comento que la maestra la felicito en privado, por su desenvolvimiento, así que no puedo sentirme mas orgullosa y feliz con ella, además fue un excelente fin de semana lleno de aprendizajes, pero lo más importante pasamos tiempo de calidad juntas.
