Well I have not really counted how many times I do it but if they are several times a day when I get up, when I get ready to go out to work or go for a walk in short, I always like to go out with makeup on so I look at myself whenever I go out.
But to look at myself in the mirror really in front of the one that reflects not my appearance but my life in which one reflects and makes an examination of conscience, where a balance of life is made, which is being done well or badly, what I have done with my life and what I plan to do in the future I do it sporadically lately with work and personal life runs has not left me time, However it is always important to set aside some time to stand in front of your own mirror and see if what you are observing in your image not only in appearance but in your personal life as a mother, partner, professional and finally as a person you like, you feel truly happy with the person who is reflecting the mirror in front of you.
If the mirror gives you back an image full of frustrations and discontent, start to evaluate what are the changes you want in your life, if your job fills you with satisfaction both professionally and economically, your partner makes you feel that you are for each other despite the normal differences of each person since we are not all the same and we always have our own personality and so on, we must always be aware that we are on the right path that what we do and with whom we share fills us and makes us happy.
In my personal case my mirror the last time I looked in it, gave me back a satisfied image in terms of professional achievements, exercising my profession that I love so much but a dissatisfaction at the economic level for not being in agreement with the salary earned, a happy woman in her role as a mother, Life gave me the beautiful gift of being a mother of a beautiful girl who is now 10 years old, very grateful to life for the family that gave me, my father pride of all describe it with one word Honesty, my mother the best all a Queen my word for her would be Humility, if the most humble person I've ever met, my brothers to them I would describe with the word Unity. At the level of my personal life as a couple there is only one word that with it I say it all Disaster, I have not been able to even make a normal life as a couple as many have achieved, but I confess this part of my life does not take away my dream, because I love my peace of mind, with a partner you need to have tolerance and other qualities that maybe I do not possess or simply have not known how to choose my partners that is why the failure in it.
In conclusion there are two types of mirror the one that reflects your physical appearance and the one that reflects your personal life, your emotions and affections, the important thing is that it gives you back an image full of smiles, satisfactions and always keep an appearance of harmonious and happy life full of spiritual and physical beauty.

Hola amigos, como están, hoy me uno a esta comunidad gracias a la invitación de mi buena amiga @hemma7, aprovecho la oportunidad para invitar a @angely11c3, me resulta interesante ser parte de este concurso y responder la pregunta de esta semana acerca de las veces que me veo al espejo. Bueno no tengo contabilizado realmente cuantas veces lo hago pero si son varias veces al día al levantarme, al momento de arreglarme para salir a laborar o salir a pasear en fin, siempre me gusta salir maquillada por lo que me miro siempre que salgo.
Pero mirarme al espejo realmente frente al que refleja no mi apariencia sino a mi vida en el cual uno reflexiona y se hace un examen de conciencia , donde se realiza un balance de vida, que se está realizando bien o mal, que he hecho con mi vida y que es lo que pienso hacer en un futuro lo hago esporádicamente últimamente con los corre corres del trabajo y vida personal no me ha quedado tiempo , sin embargo siempre es importante apartar un tiempo para pararse frente a tu propio espejo y ver si lo que estas observando en tu imagen no solo en apariencia sino en tu vida personal como madre, pareja ,profesional en fin como persona te gusta ,te sientes feliz verdaderamente con la persona que está reflejando el espejo frente a ti .
Si el espejo te devuelve una imagen llena de frustraciones y descontento, empieza a evaluar cuáles son los cambios que deseas en tu vida, si tu empleo te llena de satisfacciones tanto profesional y económicamente, tu pareja te hace sentir que son el uno para el otro a pesar de las diferencias normales de cada persona ya que no todos somos iguales y tenemos siempre nuestra propia personalidad y así por estilo, siempre debemos estar atentos que estamos en el camino correcto que lo que hacemos y con quien compartimos nos llena y hace feliz.
En mi caso personal mi espejo la última vez que me observe en él, me devolvió una imagen satisfecha en cuanto a logros profesionales, ejerciendo mi profesión que tanto amo pero un descontento a nivel económico por no estar de acuerdo con el sueldo devengado, una mujer feliz en su rol de madre, la vida me regalo el hermoso obsequio de ser madre de una hermosa niña que ahora tiene 10 años, muy agradecida con la vida por la familia que me dio, mi padre orgullo de todos lo describo con una sola palabra Honorabilidad, mi madre la mejor toda una Reina mi palabra para ella seria Humildad, si la persona más humilde que he conocido, mis hermanos a ellos los describiría con la palabra Unidad. A nivel de mi vida personal en pareja solo hay una palabra que con ella lo digo todo Desastre, no he podido aun realizar una vida normal en pareja como muchos lo han logrado, pero les confieso esta parte de mi vida no me quita el sueño, ya que amo mi tranquilidad, con una pareja se necesita tener tolerancia y otras cualidades que a lo mejor no las poseo o simplemente no he sabido escoger a mis parejas por eso el fracaso en ella.
En conclusión existen dos tipos de espejo el que refleja tu apariencia física y el que te refleja tu vida personal, tus emociones y afectos, lo importante es que te devuelva una imagen llena de sonrisas, satisfacciones y siempre mantengas una apariencia de vida armoniosa y feliz llena de belleza espiritual y física.
