It's been 4 amazing years in the Hive-Land! Here's my experience, thoughs, goals :)

Today, I came by to celebrate with you!

It's been 4 years
4 amazing years since I made my first post on the blockchain!

It took me almost one month from the day I signed up to the day that I made my first post.
Why?
Because I was figuring things out. How everything worked, how I could post/upvote what I would post about etc etc. Back then you had to search the information and it was not so easy to figure out what to do.

Still, that did not discourage me. Instead, it made me think even more, I was trying to find out what I would write about, where to start and how to go on!

My introduction in 2017

It was all about .. what would I be writing about? What would interest the readers, what theme(s) should I try out?

It turned out that there were too many subjects triggered my interests and inspired me! I was working from home during that time so I would most of my time in finding out about how to use the platform (steemit) back then, write tutorials but also write about many different things such as stem subjects. I also managed to bring out my love for traveling, for photography and to combine them both!

Now that 4 years passed, I would like to share with you 4 tips for your hive journey! Please feel free to share your opinions with me at the comments section of this post!

Tip 1 - Find a/your purpose or passion and .. share it!

It can be anything. You may love programming, drawing, running, writing etc etc ..
It is easier to write about and to share what we like and know most, it is easier to find other persons who think alike, who share the same passion with us.

If you have more than one passions, it is even better! It means you have even more subjects, even more communities to check out, even more to explore and discover!

Tip 2 - Remember to set your targets

Dont forget to set targets.
If you are just starting, they can be easy goals, such as .. I will try to be active every day. I will read at least 5 posts a day, I will practice this skill of mine, at least 5 hours per week etc etc

It can be anything and I highly suggest that they are small at the beginning, especially if you are not used to work with goals. In case you set bigger/more long term goals - make sure you also have some short term goals to keep track of them!

If you can think it, you sure can do it!

Tip 3 - Don't be afraid to change direction

Life never stays still
We should not be scared to make changes if necessary, if we believe we should
Always try to keep a balance and always try to have a back up plan :)

Change can be in anything, in the strategy, in your dreams/passions or goals ..

(This is not too matching but I liked it)

Tip 4 - Enjoy the ride!

The chances are that you are reading this during your hive journey.
The route may not always be what you have imagined. Maybe you have set your expectations different? Maybe you thought that your journey here would be something else?

In my opinion, one thing is important - we are part of the social media revolution!

And not only we are part of it, we are helping shape them - We are part of the future and we will be able to say that and be proud of it - soon!

Our every experience comes with its bumps and bubbles, but to me, what matters the most is ...

To Enjoy Every Minute of it! If we make every moment count, then we cant loose. We can't regret - we are winners by default!

I feel like a winner
I feel great!

I have learned so much in the way!
I have made friends
I have created projects
I have become a better person

I grow up with the rest of you, with the platform and I have learned that my voice matters!

Finally, I don't know about you, but this is what I do with my hive/leo/bro/pob (and more) tokens :)
