Tribunal Vs Court

Good day my fellow hivians, I @katirayo is here again to talk about my thoughts which i want to bring to the table, Though my aim is just to make things clear, I was in the office today and two persons argued about this issue calledTribunal and Court though both of them were right they also refused to agree that was when it occurred to me i make it a topic. You know most times we humans will never want to concur for the opponent so there will be argument for real.

I will telling us what Tribunal and Court so we also don't get into a blind argument with anyone out there, It will also make gain more knowledge about all these things.

Judge Hammer

Tribunals based on my knowledge are not court they're administrative order. They are mostly specialized courts dealing with constricted aspects of the law such as work place safety, Workers compensation, and the insurance board. The procedures are always smooth and quicker, Tribunals are often used for legislative body's and in a tribunal court always three judge's.

This is so obvious with what i have explained so far, You can see for yourself that there is a huge difference between tribunals and the court of law which am going to explain also after this section.

Court is know by many of us what it stands for but permit me to throw more lights on it so we can be even.

Courtroom

Court is mostly involved in legal things, they do more of finding evidence which tribunals don't do, Plus the main purpose of court is to law and order in their respective sovereignty. Court cases usually takes a while because of they will always be looking for a crutial evi-dence to back up the cases. In this type of court it is always a single judge unlike the tribunal court.

I guess i was able to make a difference with the Tribunal and Court of Law I wish those who were arguing could see this but y'all can, I want to say a big thank you for always going through my post.
