We all see the difference in food from country to country. Even in different regions, the food varies. Different types of food are popular in different regions or carry the tradition to the people. There are some Bangladeshi foods that carry the tradition of Bengalis. Biryani is one of them. Especially to the people of old Dhaka in Bangladesh, biryani is their traditional food. Although biryani is a popular food for people all over Bangladesh.


This is a very tasty food and one of my favorite foods. A few days ago my mother made biryani at home and I have learned the whole process from sitting next to her. How To Cook This Delicious Food

Then cut the beef into small pieces and Mix cinnamon, cardamom, bay leaves, onion paste and onion paste, ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, salt, chilli powder, biryani spices and cook in the oven. When the broth is smeared, put it down.








Now heat oil in another pan for a while. Fry it for a while with chopped onion, cinnamon, cardamom and bay leaves. Then fry it well with polao rice. Then add ginger paste and cooked meat and biryani spices and cover with hot water.

Then reduce the heat of the stove when the water is reduced. Mix like raw pepper, unique spice amount. Then continue to heat in the oven for a while.



Then when the rice is like rice, remove it from the oven and serve with a variety of salads.
