A normal job lets you work during the week and completely turn it off when you're not "at the office", for example.
Being a founder means that there are fires at all times. Something can break in the middle of the night on a Saturday night and you need to be available to direct the team to solve that.
Outside of that, we talk about our personal schedules and tricks and hacks we've found to balance our lifestyle.

Have you experienced VPS issues or downtimes or even say code break that took site down with Leofinance?
Nice to see that you are explaining very good about life too while working on crypto space. Obviously this is not easy task but we can balance it by consistency and strict rules.
