Having ads is going to be Great, but how will it work is something am still yet to figure out on my head too, but I think having a way to advertise products and market will definitely makes the community more stronger

I think there will be little demand for it at first however there's huge possibilities there in terms of companies coming in and pushing their updates etc on the front page big and bold either impression based or per day based.
Could do a combo of main page, inline with other leo articles from the main feeds things like that. Lots of great options and a pretty easy to throw some value on the token.
Efficiency is always going to be the challenge.
On leo front-end it'll be easy to do banners for outsiders, whereas native ads could work for ads through posts/promoting through posts or videos (it also incentivices to create an account and advertise through posting), and if you really want to go the extra mile then ad boxes with buttons/hyperlinks. The first two can easily be sold on CPM basis instead of CTR or PPC.

Absolutely. Makes sense to automate it and the additional benefit compared to using a 3rd party service for ads, is that you can develop it the way Leofinance needs it (supporting LEO, HIVE and HBD would be the first 3 ideas). The drawback is that your team (based on reports)/(decentralized via a sort of downvoting system?) needs to deal with abusive ads, which on 3rd party services are usually dealt with and it's not your concern.
