eine weitere Woche ist vergangen und es es ist mal wieder Zeit für ein Update meines Splinterlandsportfolios.
Diese Woche ist viel passiert und ich habe bereits einige kurze Berichte und Videos veröffentlicht.
In diesem Update möchte ich Euch einen Einblick geben in meine Käufe beim General Sale, das Öffnen der ersten Packs, mein Glück bei den Airdrops sowie meine ersten Erfahrungen in der Silberliga.
Natürlich gibt es am Ende wieder eine Zusammenfassung des Portfoliostands.

another week has passed and it's time again for an update of my Splinterlands portfolio.
A lot has happened this week and I have already published some short reports and videos.
In this update I want to give you an insight into my buys at the General Sale, the opening of the first packs, my luck with the Airdrops as well as my first experiences in the Silver League.
Of course there is a summary of the portfolio at the end.

Verlauf des General Sale
Wie geplant habe ich beim General Sale 350 Packs gekauft und 35 Voucher eingelöst um 35 Zusatzpacks zu bekommen. Mit dem einen Pack, dass ich bereits im Presale gekauft habe, bin ich nun bei insgesamt 386 Chaos Legion Packs.
Dazu habe ich noch jeweils 1.000 Potions (+100 gratis) gekauft um im Laufe der Zeit bis zu 220 Packs öffnen zu können.
Insgesamt habe ich 1.490.000 Credits ausgegeben. Damit habe ich für die ersten Airdrops jeweils eine Karte garantiert.
Öffnen der ersten 100 Packs
Gleich am Montag habe ich die ersten 100 Packs geöffnet. Das habe ich zum Anlass genommen mein erstes Video über Splinterlands aufzuzeichnen und dieses bei 3Speak hochzuladen.
Bei den ersten 100 Packs hatte ich sehr viel Glück. Ich habe Karten im Wert von ca. 560 $ gezogen. Darunter einen goldenen Torrent Fiend der zu diesem Zeitpunkt für ca. 150 $ gehandelt wurde. Insgesamt habe ich 23 Gold Foil und 12 legendäre Karten gezogen. Ich hatte direkt genügend Summoner um Kelya und Sloan auf Level 2 zu bringen. Tarsa habe ich sogar als Gold Foil gezogen. Die Karten waren über 30.000 CP Wert. Ab jetz muss ich mir keine Karten mehr leihen, um in Bronze oder Silber III zu spielen.
Auch habe ich nun diverse Level 3 Commons, sowie Level 2 Rare Karten, die meine Formationen deutlich verstärken sollten. Der Plan ist es schnellstmöglich in die Silberliga aufzusteigen.
Sobald der Airdrop einer Chaoslegion Karte durchgeführt wurde, ist diese Karte auch beim Öffnen eines Packs verfügbar. Daher werde ich die weiteren Packs erst Stück für Stück öffnen, sobald die weiteren Airdrops erfolgt sind, um eine Chance zu haben mehr dieser legendären Karten zu erhalten.
Die ersten drei Airdrops
Am Donnerstag wurden die ersten 3 Airdrops des General Sale durchgeführt. Jeweils eine Karte sollte ich garantiert erhalten. Insgesamt habe ich sogar 6 Karten erhalten. 2 Lyra the Dark, 3 Iza the Fanged und einen Grum Flameblade.
Dazu habe ich weitere 25 Packs geöffnet. Leier gab es diesmal nicht eine legendäre Karte, aber einige Summoner und zwei epische Goldkarten. Den genauen Wert dieser Karten kann ich leider nicht sage, da die Marktpreise zu sehr schwanken. Es waren aber auf jeden Fall weniger als die eingesetzten 100 $.
Das Öffnen der Pakete und die ersten Gefechte mit Grum habe in diesem Video festgehalten.
Insgesamt bin ich mit dem Verlauf des General Sale trotzdem sehr zufrieden. Vor allem wenn man das Glück bei Lyra und Iza mit betrachtet.
Course of the General Sale
As planned I bought 350 packs at the General Sale and redeemed 35 vouchers to get 35 additional packs. With the one pack I already bought in the Presale, I am now at a total of 386 Chaos Legion Packs.
In addition, I bought 1,000 Potions each (+100 free) to be able to open up to 220 packs over time.
In total I spent 1,490,000 credits. With that, I'm guaranteed a card for each of the first Airdrops.
Opening the first 100 Packs
Right on Monday I opened the first 100 packs. I took this as an opportunity to record my first video about Splinterlands and upload it to 3Speak.
I was very lucky with the first 100 packs. I drew cards worth about $560. Among them was a golden Torrent Fiend that was trading for about $150 at the time. In total, I drew 23 Gold Foil and 12 legendary cards. I had enough Summoners right away to get Kelya and Sloan to level 2. Tarsa I even drew as Gold Foil. The cards were worth over 30,000 CP. As of now, I don't need to borrow cards to play in Bronze or Silver III.
Also, I now have various level 3 commons, as well as level 2 rare cards that should strengthen my formations significantly. The plan is to move up to the silver league as quickly as possible.
Once the airdrop of a Chaos Legion card is done, that card will also be available when opening a pack. Therefore, I will open the other packs one by one once the other airdrops have been made, to have a chance to get more of these legendary cards.
The first three airdrops
Thursday saw the first 3 airdrops of the General Sale. I was guaranteed to receive one card each. In fact, I received a total of 6 cards. 2 Lyra the Dark, 3 Iza the Fanged and one Grum Flameblade.
In addition I opened another 25 packs. Lyra this time gave not one legendary card, but some summoner and two epic gold cards. I can't say the exact value of these cards, because the market prices fluctuate too much. But in any case it was less than the $100 I put in.

*Overall, I'm still very happy with how the General Sale went. Especially considering the luck with Lyra and Iza as well.

Ein ganz anderes Spiel
Nun da ich eigene Karten besitze muss ich endlich keine DEC mehr dafür ausgeben mir CP zu leihen. Die meisten Karten, die ich mir bisher geliehen habe, besitze ich nun selbst (Fiends).
Nur Djinn Oshannus habe ich nicht gezogen. Den habe ich mir dann aber kurz entschlossen gekauft. Derzeit leihe ich mir nur einen Forgotten One, den ich gerne wegen seiner Immunity Fähigkeit in Poison Matches einsetze.
Gleichzeitig habe ich diverse legendäre bzw. epische Karten doppelt und verleihe diese nun selbst. Ich habe 10 mal Keyla, so dass ich sie einmal auf Level 2 selbst spiele und eine zweite Level 2 Keyla für einige DEC verleihen kann.
Ich konnte alle Chaos Legion Summoner auf Level 2 bringen und hatte das Glück Quix the Devious den legendären Drachen Summoner gleich zweimal zu ziehen.
Auch das Zusammenfügen der Karten zu höheren Leveln macht Spaß und motiviert zum sammeln. Ich freue mich bereits auf das Öffnen der nächsten Booster-packs.
Der Weg nach Silber
Mit den neuen Summonern und den höher gelevelten Monstern ging es relativ schnell durch die Bronze Liga bis nach Silber III. Hier hatte ich eigentlich erwartet, nur noch auf gelevelte Summoner zu treffen, aber dem war nicht so. Am Anfang traf ich nur auf Gegner mit Level 1 Summoner. Daher konnte ich auch mein Ranking innerhalb von zwei Tagen von 1.000 auf 1.700 erhöhen.
Theoretisch könnte ich also bereits Silber 1 spielen. Allerdings habe ich derzeit nur knapp 34.000 CP zu Verfügung und für Silber II benötige ich bereits 40.000 CP. Für Silber I sogar 70.000 CP.
Auch merke ich bereits bei 1.700 Ranking, dass die Spiele nun wieder enger werden. Meine Gewinnrate heute war eher wieder bei 50 %, gestern war sie bei über 80 %.
DEC Einnahmen steigen deutlich
Durch den Aufstieg in Silber III und den Einsatz von goldenen Karten erhalte ich nun pro Kampf deutlich mehr DEC. Während ich letzte Woche teilweise noch unter 1 DEC für einen gewonnen Kampf erhalten habe, sind es jetzt eigentlich nie unter 2. Je nach länge der Siegesserie auch mal über 4.
Zusammen mit den Mieteinnahmen kann ich meine DEC so jeden Tag sichtbar steigern. Am 21.01. konnte ich an einem Tag 100 DEC einnehmen. Das sind zwar umgerechnet gerade nur 0,27 $, aber zuvor musste ich das manchmal drauflegen und jetzt bekomme ich es fürs Spielen.
Die nächsten Schritte
Sollte bis Ende der Saison kein weiterer Airdrop erfolgen, werde ich auf jeden Fall noch ein paar Booster öffnen. Mit den Karten die ich verliehen habe, habe ich bereits 39.000 CP und möchte die Saison jeden Fall in Silber II beenden, um die 3 zusätzlichen Kisten abzuräumen.
Sobald ich weitere Packs geöffnet habe, werde ich mich nun wohl spezialisieren müssen. Ich habe nicht die Ressourcen, um alle Summoner auf Level 4 zu bekommen. Ich plane auf jeden Fall Kelya weiter zu leveln. Von ihr habe ich auch bereits die meisten Karten. Ich versuche aber auf jeden Fall noch einen weiteren Summoner hinterherzuziehen.
Je nach weiterer Marktentwicklung werde ich noch die ein oder andere Karte zukaufen. Auf meiner Liste stehen diverse Untamedkarten wie z.B. das Mustang Unicorn, der Axtmaster oder der Truthspeaker. Welche genau es werden, hängt auch davon ab, welchen Splinter ich weiter ausbauen werde.
Das Splinterlandsteam hat auch angekündigt, dass Limit für eine garantierte Karte bei zukünftigen Airdrops mit jeder weiteren Karte anzuheben. Wenn das Limit nur moderat angehoben werden soll, plane ich noch weitere Packs über das Spiel zu kaufen, um mir auch die legendären Summoner der Chaos Legion Edition zu sichern.
Auch wenn ich nichts mehr investieren wollte, habe ich dafür nochmals ca. 400 € bereit gelegt.
A completly new game
Now that I have my own cards, I finally don't have to spend DEC on borrowing CP. Most of the cards I borrowed so far I now own myself (Fiends).
Only Djinn Oshannus I did not draw. However, I then bought that one in short order. Currently I only borrow a Forgotten One, which I like to use in Poison matches because of its Immunity ability.
At the same time, I have various legendary/epic cards duplicated and now lend them myself. I have 10 times Keyla, so I play it once at level 2 myself and lend a second level 2 Keyla for some DEC.
I was able to get all Chaos Legion Summoner to level 2 and was lucky enough to draw Quix the Devious the legendary Dragon Summoner twice.
Also matching cards to higher levels is fun and motivating to collect. I'm already looking forward to opening the next booster packs.
The way to silver
With the new Summoners and the higher leveled monsters it went relatively fast through the Bronze League to Silver III. Here I actually expected to only encounter leveled Summoners, but that was not the case. In the beginning, I only met opponents with level 1 Summoner. That's why I was able to increase my ranking from 1,000 to 1,700 within two days.
So, theoretically, I could already play Silver 1. However, I currently have only 34,000 CP at my disposal and for Silver II I already need 40,000 CP. For Silver I even 70,000 CP.
Also, I notice already at 1,700 ranking that the games are now getting tighter again. My win rate today was more like 50% again, yesterday it was over 80%.
DEC income increases
Due to the promotion to Silver III and the use of golden cards, I now receive per battle significantly more DEC. Whereas last week I sometimes received less than 1 DEC for a won fight, now it's never less than 2. Depending on the length of the winning streak, sometimes even more than 4.
Together with the rental income I can visibly increase my DEC every day. On the 21.01. I could take in one day 100 DEC. That's only $0.27, but before on some days I had to invest this and now I get it for playing.
The next steps
If there is no further airdrop by the end of the season, I will definitely open a few more boosters. With the cards I have lent, I already have 39,000 CP and would definitely like to end the season in Silver II to clear the 3 extra loot chests.
Once I open more packs, I will now have to specialize. I don't have the resources to get all the summoners to level 4. I definitely plan on leveling Kelya further. She is the summoner I already have the most cards of. However, I'm definitely trying to get another Summoner after her.
Depending on the further market development I will buy the one or other card. On my list are several Untamed cards like the Mustang Unicorn, the Axtmaster or the Truthspeaker. Which ones exactly will depend on which Splinter I'm going to upgrade.
The Splinterland team has also announced that they will raise the limit for a guaranteed card on future airdrops with each additional card. If the limit is only going to be raised moderately, I still plan to buy more packs through the game to make sure to get the legendary Summoners of the Chaos Legion Edition as well.
*Even though I didn't want to invest anything more, I set aside about 400 € again for this.

Ich habe diese Woche deutlich mehr Zeit in Splinterlands investiert und auch mehr gespielt. Den Djinn Oshannus und einen Tenyii Striker habe ich mit Credits bezahlt, sowie zweimal Thaddius Brood mit DEC gekauft.
Belohnungen für Tagesquests
Als Belohnung für die Erfüllung der Tagesquests erhielt ich 178 Credits, 37 DEC, eine Alchemy Potion sowie die beiden Karten Venari Heatsmith (common) and Naga Assasin (rare).

Fazit
Die Entwicklung des Portfolios sieht auf den ersten Blick gruselig aus. Hauptgrund für den Einbruch sind aber die folgenden Faktoren:
- Ein weiterer starker Einbruch des Kryptomarktes
- Chaos Legion Packs sind auf dem Sekundärmarkt günstiger zu haben
- Reduktion des Kartenwerts durch Vergrößerung der Kartenmenge
Dazu ist zu sagen, dass derzeit nicht nur der Kryptomarkt einbricht. Auch Aktien und andere Assets werden abverkauft. Ich sehe das aber als ein eher kurzfristiges Problem und eine dringend notwendige Marktbereinigung.
Die geplanten Zinserhöhungen der Fed wird nun dafür sorgen, dass die Zocker aus dem Markt verschwinden. Solange dabei nicht die Wirtschaft abgewürgt wird, werden sich die Märkte auch wieder erholen. Ich gehe aber davon aus, dass die Märkte zuvor noch weiter nachgeben werden.
Mit den Punkten zwei und drei habe ich gerechnet. Das wird sich erst lösen, wenn mehr Spieler einsteigen, um neue Nachfrage nach Karten zu generieren. Ich habe es mit dem Portfolio nicht eilig und kann die Packs liegen lassen.
Ich bin auch nicht gezwungen irgendwelche Karten zu verkaufen. Im Gegenteil. Durch die niedrigeren Preise kann ich vielleicht die ein oder anderen Karten, die ich brauche günstiger erwerben.
Auch steigt nun die Hive Power die ich als Belohnung für meine Posts hier auf PeakD erhalte, da es pro HiveReward mehr HP gibt.
In der Zwischenzeit freue ich mich über die SPS und DEC die ich täglich generiere.
Das nächste Portfolioupdate erscheint in genau einer Woche. Bis dahin bleibt gesund und lasst Euch keine grauen Haare wachsen.

Conclusion
The performance of the portfolio looks scary at first glance. However, the main reason for the slump are the following factors:
- An additional crash on the (Crypto)Markets
- Chaos Legion Packs are cheaper on the secondary market
- Reduction of the card value by increasing the amount of cards
It should be said that it is not only the crypto market that is currently collapsing. Stocks and other assets are also being sold off. However, I see this as a rather short-term problem and an urgently needed market shakeout.
The Fed's planned interest rate hikes will now ensure that the gamblers disappear from the market. As long as the economy is not strangled in the process, the markets will also recover. However, I assume that the markets will slide even further before then.
I was already calculated with points two and three. This will only resolve as more players join to generate new demand for cards. I am not in a hurry with the portfolio and can leave the packs.
I am also not forced to sell any cards. On the contrary. With the lower prices, I may be able to acquire the one or two cards I need at a lower price.
Also, the Hive Power I receive as a reward for my posts here on PeakD is now increasing, as there is more HP per HiveReward.
In the meantime, I'm enjoying the SPS and DEC I'm generating on a daily basis.

I tried the new formatting in two colums with the
command. On PC it looks OK, but on my mobile it looks like my 4 year old girl would have written it.Has anyone a hint, how to do the formatting, that it looks good on all devices?
