(DE/EN) Season 88 review - A calm season
Intro
Eine wirklich ruhige Saison. Wenig Verletzungen, einfache Punkte.
Da ich ohnehin im Urlaub bin, werde ich mich diese und die kommende Saison auf das Nötigste im Bericht beschränken.
Intro
A really quiet season. Few injuries, easy points.
Since I'm on vacation anyway, I'll limit myself to what's necessary in the report this season and next.
Sportliche Leistungen
14 Siege, 7 Unentschieden und 9 Niederlagen sorgten für 49 Punkte und damit Platz 7 in der Tabelle.
Die meisten Spiele liefen wie erwartet. Größtenteils habe ich die Formation meiner Gegner auch gut geschätzt.
Beim letzten Spiel habe ich die Verletzung nicht ausgewechselt, obwohl ich sie vorher gesehen hatte.
Dadurch habe ich das Spiel dummerweise weggeschenkt. Bei einem Sieg wäre ich auf Platz 5 gelandet. Naja. Man kann nicht alles haben.
Sporting achievements
14 wins, 7 draws and 9 losses resulted in 49 points and 7th place in the table.
Most of the games went as expected. For the most part, I also correctly guessed the formation of my opponents.
At the last game I didn't substitute the injury, although I had seen it before.
As a result, I stupidly gave the game away. If I had won, I would have finished in 5th place. Oh well. You can't have everything.
Teamentwicklung
Diese Saison standen nur 3 Spieler mit Vertragsverlängerungen an.
Piero Marino war ohnehin mein schwächster Verteidiger, so dass ich seinen Vertrag habe auslaufen lassen.
Er wurde frühzeitig durch meinen nun besten Spieler Misha Gavrilov ersetzt. Ein wirklich guter, wenn auch nicht gerade günstiger Allrounder.
Der Vertrag von Jose Campos ist ebenfalls ausgelaufen und er wurde durch Ryu Nishimura ersetzt, der nun der neue Star im offensiven Mittelfeld werden wird.
Zuletzt habe ich noch den Vertrag von Jecson Salazar verlängert, dessen Stärke und Gehalt sich etwas erhöht haben.
Trainiert wurde hauptsächlich Speed und Endurance.
Team development
This season only 3 players were up for contract extensions.
Piero Marino was my weakest defender anyway, so I let his contract expire.
He was replaced early by my now best player Misha Gavrilov. A really good, if not cheap, all-rounder.
Jose Campos' contract also expired and he was replaced by Ryu Nishimura, who will now become the new star in attacking midfield.
Lastly, I extended the contract of Jecson Salazar, whose strength and salary have increased a bit.
The training was mainly speed and endurance.
Entwicklung des Stadions
Durch die erhöhte Anzahl an Fans konnte ich meine Eintrittspreise nun auf 45 RBN erhöhen und das Stadion bei nahezu 15.000 halten.
In Saison 89 wird das Stadion auf eine Kapazität von 23.000 ausgebaut. Dann geht das Finden des richtigen Eintrittspreises wieder von vorne los.
Der größere Shop hat 2.7 MRBN abgeworfen, so dass nun ein Ausbau auf Level 5 begonnen wurde.
Auch das Catering wird nun weiter ausgebaut. Sowie die Jugendakademie.
Development of the stadium
The increased number of fans has now allowed me to raise my ticket prices to RBN 45 and keep the stadium at close to 15,000.
In season 89, the stadium will be expanded to a capacity of 23,000. Then finding the right ticket price starts all over again.
The larger store has dropped 2.7 MRBN, so an expansion to level 5 has now begun.
Catering is also now being expanded further. As well as the youth academy.

Die Anzahl meiner Fans konnte ich in dieser Saison um ca. 40 % von 1,57 Millionen auf 2,24 Millionen erhöhen.

I was able to increase the number of my fans by about 40% this season, from 1.57 million to 2.24 million.
Finanzielles & Hive Reward
Ich habe es endlich geschafft, einen ausgeglichenen "Haushalt" abzuliefern.
Die Einnahmen übersteigen erstmals die Ausgaben was zu einem Saisonüberschuss von 105.000 RBN führt.
Die Einnahmen konnten weiter auf 14,6 MRBN gesteigert werden.
Die Kosten wurden von 15,3 MRBN auf 14,5 MRBN reduziert. Haupttreiber waren die deutlich reduzierten Spielergehälter.
Das ist aber genau der Posten, den ich in den kommenden Saisons ausbauen werde, um um den Aufstieg in die Championsleague zu spielen.
Die Rewards lagen wieder höher bei nun 0,572 Hive, was einem Gegenwert von ca. 28 MRBN entspricht.
Financial & Hive Reward
I have finally managed to deliver a balanced "budget".
For the first time, revenues exceeded expenses, resulting in a seasonal surplus of RBN 105,000.
Revenues were further increased to 14.6 MRBN.
Expenses were reduced from 15.3 MRBN to 14.5 MRBN. The main driver was the significant reduction in player salaries.
However, this is exactly the item that I will be expanding in the coming seasons in order to play for promotion to the Champions League.
Rewards were higher again at now 0.572 hive, which is the equivalent of about 28 MRBN.
Pläne für Saison 89
Auch wenn ich nun erstmals einen kleinen Überschuss produziert habe, werde ich nicht übermütig werden.
Es ist nun die Grundlage für weiteres Wachstum gelegt.
In den nächsten Saisons wird es darum gehen, diese Grundlage zu festigen und dann will ich angreifen und versuchen in die Championsleague aufzusteigen.
Plans for season 89
Even though I have now produced a small surplus for the first time, I will not become overconfident.
The foundation has now been laid for further growth.
In the next few seasons, it will be a matter of consolidating this foundation and then I want to attack and try to move up into the Champions League.
