Intro
In der Splinterlands "Share your battle Challenge" geht es erneut um Drachen.
Da ich sowohl den Desert, als auch den Void Dragon in der letzten Dragon Challenge genutzt habe, kommen heute zwei andere Drachen zum Zug.
Intro
The Splinterlands "Share your battle Challenge" is once again about dragons.
Since I used both the Desert and the Void Dragon in the last Dragon Challenge, two other dragons will be used today.
Djinn Chwala
Djinn Chwala ist eine epische Drachen Splinter Reward Karte aus der Chaos Legion Edition. Mit 8 Mana gehört Djinn Chwala ins obere Mittelfeld der Kosten.
Als Reward Karte ist der Djinn recht günstig für 0,36 $ zu erwerben. Das sind nahezu 300 CP / $. Zusätzlich erhält man aus meiner Sicht ein schlagkräftiges Monster, welches in vielen Gefechten eingesetzt werden kann.
Am ehesten kann man den Chwala mit dem Cursed Windeku vergleichen. Die etwas niedrigere Geschwindigkeit des Djinn wird durch die zusätzliche Panzerung gut ausgeglichen.
Auf Stufe 1 verfügt Chwala über 2 Nahkampfschaden, eine Geschwindigkeit von 2, 5 Rüstung und 9 Lebenspunkte. Damit ist er bereits ein ordentlicher Tank.
Auf Stufe 2 (Bronze) kommt ein weiterer Schadenspunkt hinzu.
Auf Stufe 3 (Silver) wird Chwala noch etwas stärker in seiner Rolle als Tank mit einem weiteren Punkt Rüstung und Leben.
Auf den Stufen 4 und 5 (Gold)erhält der Djinn den aus meiner Sicht größten Schub. Mit der Fähigkeit Enrage (Stufe 4), sowie einem weiteren Punkt Nahkampfschaden und Geschwindigkeit wird er zu einer richtigen Pest.
Ob die Fähigkeit True Aim auf Stufe 6 (Diamond) die zusätzlichen 14 Djinn wert ist, muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Bei den derzeitigen Kosten, ist es aber kein wirklich großes Investment.
Djinn Chwala kann in nahezu allen außer den low mana Battles eingesetzt werden. Besonders stark dürfte er jedoch in Battleconditions wie z.B. Up Close, Melee Mayhem oder gerade auch Super Sneak sein.
Djinn Chwala
Djinn Chwala is an epic Dragon Splinter Reward card from the Chaos Legion Edition. At 8 mana, Djinn Chwala is in the upper mid-range of cost.
As a Reward card, the Djinn can be purchased quite cheaply for $0.36. That's almost 300 CP / $. In addition, from my point of view, you get a powerful monster that can be used in many battles.
The Chwala can best be compared to the Cursed Windeku. The slightly slower speed of the Djinn is well compensated by the additional armor.
At level 1, Chwala has 2 melee damage, a speed of 2, 5 armor and 9 health. This already makes him a decent tank.
At level 2 (Bronze), another point of damage is added.
At level 3 (Silver), Chwala becomes a bit stronger in his role as a tank with another point of armor and life.
At levels 4 and 5 (Gold)the Djinn gets what I consider the biggest boost. With the Enrage ability (level 4), plus another point of melee damage and speed he becomes a real pest.
Whether the True Aim ability at level 6 (Diamond) is worth the extra 14 Djinn is up to each person to decide. At the current cost, though, it's not really a huge investment.
Djinn Chwala can be used in almost all but low mana battles. However, it should be especially strong in Battleconditions like Up Close, Melee Mayhem or Super Sneak.
Carnage Titan
Carnage Titan ist eine legendäre Drachen Splinter Karte aus der Chaos Legion Edition. Er war ist die 8. Airdropkarte. Mit 11 Mana gehört Carnage Titan zu den eher teuren Karten.
Derzeit kostet der Carnage Titan 15 $ pro BCX. Damit ist er nach Dr. Blight die teuerste unter den Airdropkarten.
Der Carnage Titan besitzt die Reach Fähigkeit. diese erlaubt es ihm aus der zweiten Position den gegnerischen Tank zu attackieren.
Aufgrund seiner Fähigkeit Double Strike kann er zweimal für jeweils 2 Schaden angreifen. Dabe isit seine Geschwindigkeit mit 3 ok. Seine Rüstung von 7 und die 8 Lebenspunkte machen ihn zu einem guten Secondary Tank.
Auf Level 2 Silver erhöht sich der Nahkampfschaden des Carnage Titan auf 3.
Auf Level 3 Gold erhält er Shield, was ihn gerade in Gefechten mit der Kampfbedingungen Explosive Weaponary und generell gegen Monster mit der Blast Fähigkeit stark macht.
Auf Level 4 Diamond erhöht sich der Nahkampfschaden nochmals um einen Punkt auf dann zwei mal 4 Schaden.
Solange genügend Mana vorhanden ist, ist der Carnage Titan in jedem Battle mit dem Drachensplinter eine ausgezeichnete Wahl für Position #2.
Carnage Titan
Carnage Titan is a legendary Dragon Splinter card from Chaos Legion Edition. He was the 8th airdrop card. At 11 mana, Carnage Titan is one of the more expensive cards.
Currently, Carnage Titan costs $15 per BCX. This makes it the most expensive of the airdrop cards after Dr. Blight.
The Carnage Titan has the Reach ability, which allows it to attack the opponent's tank from the second position.
Because of its Double Strike ability, it can attack twice for 2 damage each time. His speed is ok at 3. His armor of 7 and the 8 health make him a good secondary tank.
At level 2 Silver the Carnage Titan's melee damage increases to 3.
At level 3 Gold he gets Shield, which makes him especially strong in battles with the combat condition Explosive Weaponary and generally against monsters with the Blast ability.
At level 4 Diamond the melee damage increases again by one point to then two times 4 damage.
As long as there is enough mana, the Carnage Titan is an excellent choice for position #2 in any battle with the Dragon Splinter.
Die Aufstellung
Für die Battlecondition Melee Mayhem und nur 25 Mana, war die gewählte Aufstellung nicht optimal.
Ich hätte sicherlich auch statt dem Titan das Cursed Windeku und noch Silent Sha-Vi einsetzen können.
Ich wollte aber aufgrund der Challenge unbedingt mit zwei Drachen spielen.
#1 Djinn Chwala L2
Der Djinn ist hier der Main Tank und soll sowohl Schaden abfangen, als auch austeilen und den Gegner mit seinen Dornen ärgern.
#2 Carnage Titan L1
Aufgrund von Reach habe ich ihn in zweiter Positon eingesetzt. Das war aber unnötig. Hätte ihn auch auf die letzte Position setzen können, um den Corpse Fiend und den Weirding Warrior besser zu schützen.
#3 Weirding Warrior L2
Ich hatte noch zwei Mana übrig und der Warrior hatte die Hauptaufgabe, die Rüstung des gegnerischen Tanks, falls vorhanden zu zerstören.
#4 Corpse Fiend L1
Reines Meatshield. Wenn er von hinten aufgrund Melee Mayhem Schaden machen kann, umso besser.
The Lineup
For the Battlecondition Melee Mayhem and only 25 mana, the chosen setup was not optimal.
I certainly could have used the Cursed Windeku and Silent Sha-Vi instead of the Titan.
However, I really wanted to play with two dragons because of the challenge.
#1 Djinn Chwala L2
The Djinn is the main tank here and is supposed to absorb damage as well as dish it out and annoy the opponent with his thorns.
#2 Carnage Titan L1
Due to Reach, I put him in second position. But that was unnecessary. Could have put him in last position to better protect the Corpse Fiend and Weirding Warrior.
#3 Weirding Warrior L2
I had two mana left, and the Warrior's main job was to destroy the enemy tank's armor, if any.
#4 Corpse Fiend L1
Pure Meatshield. If he can do damage from behind due to Melee Mayhem, all the better.
Battle Report
Mein Gegner setzt auf Thaddious Brood und erwartungsgemäß auf das Cursed Windeku als Tank. Dahinter Riftwing als Secondary Tank.
Mein Rückraum wird bedroht durch die beiden Sneaker Silent Sha-Vi sowie den Undead Badger.
Life Sapper und Chaos Agent runden die Formation ab.
My opponent relies on Thaddious Brood and, as expected, Cursed Windeku as a tank. Behind it Riftwing as secondary tank.
My backfield is threatened by the two sneakers Silent Sha-Vi and the Undead Badger.
Life Sapper and Chaos Agent round out the formation.
Bereits die erste Runde ist sehr blutig. Der Corpse Fiend erliegt den Dornen des Windeku. Der Wierding Warrior wird durch das Silent Sha-Vi getötet.
Im Gegenzug gelingt es mir aber das Cursed Windeku zu erledigen und damit einen der Hauptschadensverursacher meines Gegners.
Already the first round is very bloody. The Corpse Fiend succumbs to the thorns of the Windeku. The Wierding Warrior is killed by the Silent Sha-Vi.
In return, I manage to kill the Cursed Windeku, one of my opponent's main damage dealers.
In Runde zwei habe ich erste Sorgen, ob ich dieses Gefecht für mich entscheiden kann. Ich verfehle den Riftwing während mein Titan von den Sneak Monstern angegriffen wird und der Life Sapper mehr Lebenspunkte erhält.
On turn two, I start to worry about whether I can win this battle. I miss the Riftwing while my Titan is attacked by the Sneak Monsters and the Life Sapper gets more life points.
In Runde 3 verfehle ich Riftwing sogar mehrfach. Immerhin ist der Riftwing nun auf einen Lebenspunkt runter.
In turn 3, I even miss Riftwing several times. At least the Riftwing is now down to one health point.
Dafür geht es in Runde 4 Schlag auf Schlag. Erst geht der Riftwing, und danach direkt das Silent Sha-Vi, sowie der Undead Badger.
Life Sapper rückt an die erste Position mit nun insgesamt 6 Lebenspunkten.
But in round 4 it goes one after the other. First goes the Riftwing, and then directly the Silent Sha-Vi, as well as the Undead Badger.
Life Sapper moves to the first position with a total of 6 life points.
Die zusätzlichen Lebenspunkten helfen ihm aber auch nicht gegen die vereinte Kraft des Djinn Chwala und Carnage Titan.
In Runde 5 stirbt der Life Sapper und in Runde 6 schlussendlich der Chaos Agent.
The extra Health doesn't help him against the combined might of Djinn Chwala and Carnage Titan.
On turn 5, the Life Sapper dies, and on turn 6, the Chaos Agent dies.
Für den Sieg erhalte ich ca. 1,7 DEC und einige Ratingpunkte.
For the victory I get about 1.7 DEC and some rating points.

Zusammenfassung
Die Aufstellung hat gut funktioniert. Möglicherweise wäre es aber wirklich besser gewesen, den Carnage Titan ans Ende zu stellen.
Es hat aber auch so gut gereicht.
Wie bereits oben beschrieben sind sowohl der Djinn Chwala als auch der Carnage Titan sehr starke Monster, die ich gerne spiele.
Den Djinn habe ich in der Zwischenzeit auf Level 3 gebracht. Für einen L2 Carnage Titan benötige ich noch ein Exemplar, weches ich mir kaufen werde, sobald der Preis noch etwas sinkt.
Auch wenn ich inzwischen in der Gold Liga spiele, habe ich noch keinen Dragon Summoner auf Gold Level. Daher macht es keinen Sinn, hier weitere Upgrades vorzunehmen.
Summary
The setup worked well. However, it might have been better to put the Carnage Titan at the end.
However, it was still good enough.
As described above, both the Djinn Chwala and the Carnage Titan are very strong monsters that I like to play.
In the meantime, I have brought the Djinn up to level 3. For a L2 Carnage Titan I still need a copy, which I will buy as soon as the price drops a bit.
Even though I'm playing in the Gold League now, I still don't have a Dragon Summoner at Gold level. So it doesn't make sense to do any more upgrades here.
