If an action is repeated constantly or in a given span of a cycle, it is observed that it gains attention eventually. With the attention, it may rise or fall according to the amount of effort put in it. Nothing is a waste if the amount of effort continuously increases with that of the attention gained.

So, let us look at the equation below:

Effort + Attention = Result

Basically, the more attention you give to something, the more effort you put into it. So, if your effort gets attention from others, people get to know you more. The more they know, the more popular or famous you become. Therefore, as you grow, you rise and you get attention. That is all about this equation.

Effort (increases) x Attention (increases) = Result (positive)

If you put in more effort each day to grow and you have more attention each day, your income+reputation will be positive and will grow.

Effort (decreases) x Attention (decreases) = Result (negative)

If you put in less effort each day to grow and you have less attention each day, your income+reputation will be negative and will fall.

Effort (increases) x Attention (0) = Result (0)

If you put in more effort each day to grow and you have no attention, your income+reputation will be zero; no income.

Effort (0) x Attention (increases) = Result (0/negative)

If you put in no effort each day to grow and you have a lot of attention each day, your income+reputation will be negative or will come to zero.

Effort (increases) + Attention (decreases) = Result (negative)

If you put in more effort each day to grow and you have less attention each day, your income+reputation will be negative.

Effort (constant) + Attention (constant) = Result (constant)

If you put in a constant effort to grow and you have the constant attention of limited people, your income+reputation will be constant and limited.

This equation is not backed by any genius but if you can relate then that is enough. For the sake of explanation, I am using this equation, no such relation is yet hammered (at least I do not have an idea).

This is what I have observed in my time in HIVE. Now questions may arise on what is an effort called or what is effort or how we determine effort, etc. For those questions, I would suggest, do your research. It is no complex theory and I consider that all of you are very smart, so you will get it. I can give you a hint; think in a corporate mindset, and at the same time, think not only of yourself but of every deserving blogger.

So, the hints may be:

• Think in a corporate mindset
• Think like a leader
• Think out of the box

I guess I have given enough hints. Let us look back at our initial matter, repetition is alluring. The more you repeat your actions, the more it becomes fundamental. You might think that you are lagging off for a day, for some hours, but that is not the case.

Once you continue this way of thinking of "let me miss, it is not a big deal, I will cope up later" the more it eats on you. Eventually, you will lose track and will be farther away like the Rabbit. Do not be the Rabbit, be the Turtle. Progress is always progress, may it be less or more. But, no progress can never be little progress of progress. I hope my point is clear.
