we have four kinds of heart and three of them cant hold the word of GOD unless they are renovated.
being in CHRIST is for a good change to occur in our lives.2 Corinthians 5:17 (KJV) Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
through baptism,we die and resurrect with CHRIST
Romans 6:4 (KJV) Therefore we are buried with him by baptism into death: that like as Christ was raised up from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.
one thing that will happen to us through baptism is the fear of GOD,we will be fearful not to commit sin against GOD.
There are two types of sin.
sin unto death and sin not unto death.
1 John 5:16 (KJV) If any man see his brother sin a sin which is not unto death, he shall ask, and he shall give him life for them that sin not unto death. There is a sin unto death: I do not say that he shall pray for it.
if a brother commits a sin unto death,we should expell such a brother from among us.
but if a brother commits a sin not unto death,it is our right to pray for such a brother.
there are some churches who practice rebaptism,they do this so that they can welcome back those people who committed sins unto death ,this is not in the Bible and there is no such thing as rebaptism.
Titus 3:10 (KJV) A man that is an heretick after the first and second admonition reject;
we have been specifically told in the Bible to reject a heretick because if we don't reject them out of the house of GOD,they may corrupt other members of the church.
sins that are unto death are listed in the Bible passages below.
Matthew 12:32 (KJV) And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come.
Mark 3:29 (KJV) But he that shall blaspheme against the Holy Ghost hath never forgiveness, but is in danger of eternal damnation:
Acts 15:28-29 (KJV) For it seemed good to the Holy Ghost, and to us, to lay upon you no greater burden than these necessary things;
That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well.
the sins unto death are listed as follows
1 eating of food given to idols
2 eating of blood
3 eating of strangled animals
4 fornication.
idols are simply referred to as the works of man's hands.
Psalms 115:4-8 (KJV) Their idols are silver and gold, the work of men's hands.
They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
They have hands, but they handle not: feet have they, but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusteth in them.
we should not worship idols,it is only GOD that is the creator that we should worship,bow to.
